We wanted a non smoking room. When he entered it reaked of smoke. I am an asthmatic and couldn’t breath in the room. I asked for a new room. The man at the front was nice and understanding and placed me in a new room. We got to that one and turned on the tv. The tv had been smashed with something. We asked for a refund. It was given. The place was very dirty. Everything had a smell to it and the people wondering around looked horrible.

There was people outside that were making very suspicious transactions. Not a safe place. My room was suppose to be non smoking it smelled so much like smoke.

Staff was very nice, but the property is in poor condition. Beds were not comfortable, and the bathroom had trim falling off and some held on by blue painters tape.

I called wrong #6 I wanted south not north Expedia wouldn’t let me talk to someone to change it , so me & my Shepard had to sleep in car I would want my money back for there not good customer service . I don’t know where north is I don’t know Fremont ! I’m 70 yrs old no bueno, good

My car was towed on the first night there after registering my car with the front desk. The tow company towed my car and claimed they checked with the front desk. Lies.. i had obtained proof that my car was registered. I tried to show the tow comoany but they werent having it and said i could try to talk to the hotel. So i paid 500 for my car to get out. The hotel manager Ana gave me 1 free night which equals a value of 70-90 but thats still more than 400 off from what i paid for them to wrongfully tow my car. The managee procceded to threaten me to "evict" me from the property because i requested to speak to the owner of the property, which i dont see wnythung wrong with. She denied my request and asked me to leave at the end of my stay. So at this poi t they could've settled my accuasations internally, they failed to do so.. now my only option is to take this ponzy scheme of a hotel chain and their partners of the towing company to court.. hopefully both if not just the hotel gets shut down because they are completely at fault for not stopping my car from getting towed.

Not Thorough Enough For Us!
This hotel always has problems. Either the tub is not clean, or the drain is stopped up, or the refrig doesn't work, or the microwave is dirty. It's always something. Even the phone doesn't work in some of the rooms or it's missing. In one room they plugged the refrig into the back of the microwave vs the wall. It just seems like the maids don't check on everything and aren't thorough enough. Also, since we go thru hotels.com to book & pay, they won't give a refund or a credit since we used a 3rd party. They say we have to go back to Hotels.com and they need to call Motel 6 so that we can get a refund or credit. What a hassle.

Please over look this property. They lack a lot of key behavioral traits and regular hospitality procedures, its just worth more to sleep in your car and bath in a public restroom

But the entire time of my stay i felt like family to him as he was the only person on this property who actually deserves to be employed in the hospitality industry. If you like to deal with the rude people who work here at night. Go ahead. Very rude night staff almost that they dont even want to be there since all they do is smoke cigarettes outside all night. Terrible.

They were redoing the asphalt parking lot this week 7/17/23 made parking a little harder but it wasn't really bad at all. They are upgrading the office and coffee area and actually looks pretty good.
