This hotel always has problems. Either the tub is not clean, or the drain is stopped up, or the refrig doesn't work, or the microwave is dirty. It's always something. Even the phone doesn't work in some of the rooms or it's missing. In one room they plugged the refrig into the back of the microwave vs the wall.
It just seems like the maids don't check on everything and aren't thorough enough.
Also, since we go thru hotels.com to book & pay, they won't give a refund or a credit since we used a 3rd party. They say we have to go back to Hotels.com and they need to call Motel 6 so that we can get a refund or credit. What a hassle.
