Stayed for 3 weekdays. A few issues I had: 1. I had to go get new keys everyday because they stop working. Sometimes they do, sometimes they dont. 2. No fruit at breakfast or other option than bagels, waffle mix and instant oatmeal baggies. 3. Next to freeway so things can get noisy but you dont really notice until you walk outside. If your window is open, cope. 4. I thought staff was ok. Hotel manager needs to fix the food situation. No guest store for snacks. 5. Bed was comfortable and room was spotless. Thumbs up. Upgrade the property and you have a winner.

To start with, there were stains on the carpet. upon request for housekeeping, the room was cleaned in the way that instead of replacing the towels, the used towels were rolled just like the washed ones, the bathroom left uncleaned. When I picked up the phone concerning this issue, I found the phone cord cut. So I went back personally to the front desk to get the towels. As I opened one of them to use, I found it with stains. The hallway always had some tissues, plastic bags on the floor and no one cared to remove them until the next day.

We booked 2 nights at this hotel. I traveled on the second day and returned to the hotel. Didn't clean the room. I went to Frontest and talked about it. I asked for a new towel. We reserved 6 rooms. New towels were only provided in 3 rooms. I asked for 6 more rooms, but Frontest staff told us to They started swearing at us. We were so scared that we returned to our room. I went back to Frontest about 30 minutes later. I talked about it, but I was too scared so I said it again returned to the room. The shame of having to reuse the dirty towel I used yesterday. there was. I would like to get my hotel costs back if possible. What can you help us with? I made a hotel reservation with your company (Expedia)...

The room was clean, bedding clean, bathroom clean, price was right, a tad dated , one elevator was not working, staff were awesome, worked out great for weekend tournament. Solid inexpensive hotel.

We booked 6 rooms. After finishing the first day of travel, I returned to my accommodation. The room wasn't cleaned. I came down to the front desk and talked, but The front desk clerk was annoyed with us. I asked to change the towel. Towels were given for 3 rooms, but they said they would not provide towels for the rest. There were only two towels in the room, so I used them already. When I asked for a replacement, the front desk staff He started swearing (F...k) at us. We returned to our room scared. About 30 minutes later, I went down to the front desk again. I was so scared that I went back to my room. I reused the towel I had already used. Trust your company (Expedia) and make reservations for a long time I have done this and this issue needs to be handled by your company. I would like to get back the money I paid to the hotel. How can you swear and be scary like this in a hotel? I asked for towels to be replaced because the room wasn't cleaned. I swore terribly. We look forward to seeing how you handle it.

DV incident in the hallway while I was there. No one at front desk answered calls. Room key was super problematic took many trys to work everytime. Ran out of soap and toilet paper, only given one small bar and one roll for 2 night stay. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Front desk rarely had staff. Only pros were the cost and other than the DV incident relatively safe.

Pool and hut tub are disgusting, entire hotel is dated and in need of a face lift. Breakfast is toast and waffles, they were out of baglea and cream cheese for 6 days. Not even close to continental. Room catds go out every day, i stopped even bothering with them and just had managment make me new keys every time i left my room. Bed was alright, sheets were clean, but that was the only enjoyable part of my stay. Room service is every other day, but they only leave 1 towel

Our room was very quiet. Even being right next to the freeway the double windows worked great blocking the sound. It was nice to be able to open the windows to get a little fresh air. Many places you cannot do that. We were able to enjoy the hot tub even though most of the jets were not working which we were told of beforehand. The bed was super comfortable.We loved it! I thought the price was pretty good as well.

Hallway looks dirty or worn out. Maybe it’s old. Room carpet needs deep cleaning or maybe needs replacement. Bathroom dink and tile has noticeable cracked . Elevator smells smoke as if someone is smoking . Outside looks nice .

I'll upload the photo when I make my Google review. I stayed in a suite my first night it was very basic to pay extra so my second night I change my room to a regular room. On my way to my room I noticed white patches in the carpets of the hallways and it smelled all throughout the halls (that should've been my first clue I'd have an issue.) After I finally got into my room and sanitized all the main areas as I was cleaning the bathroom I noticed medium size patch of black mold on the ceiling. I immediately gathered my belongings to check out. The person who checked me in seemed to be understanding and helped me with a quick checkout. However I don't understand how the hotel employees aren't aware of what's occuring at their hotel, I was a bit upset I wasted my time.

Staff was very nice. The beds were firm and the room was clean. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a complementary breakfast (which consisted of bagels, oatmeal, coffee, bread for toast, and waffles). Only one elevator was operational during our stay and the hot water and wifi were out at various points during our 4 night stay but they fixed those issues. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again. It was worth it!

Our room was terrible. Too many degenerate crackhead type people there. Dope feen type 51_50 type peoples. Service was great but terrible rooms clean wise. The maids that I saw looked worn out and under paid and dirty. Like they didn't want to be there. They don't have a breakfast buffet as all if not most do. They also only have one elevator working . Definitely won't be coming back

I love how the staff is very friendly, the room met all of my expectations. I was able to extend my stay with no problems. I definitely recommend this Hotel for future stays everything was just so Wonderful I had no problems at all.
