Exterior doors other than main door not operating. Breakfast on Sunday late to get started and missed as had to leave. Didn’t replace towels they removed during cleaning.

They did not allow check before 3pm and I got there at 2:30pm. I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby. Then at 3pm when I could check in the clerk said none of the Queen bed rooms (which we booked) were cleaned yet. So I had to wait even longer for a room. I even asked for just a Queen and a pullout or a king and a pullout but the manager said no, it would be a downgrade and wasn’t allowed because I booked a Queen Suite. There were also 20 other people in line trying to check in as they were over booked. Everything else was fine. Front desk clerk apologized and was very kind. Room was clean. Nothing wrong with the hotel or rooms itself. Just poor management and booking.

This Holiday Inn express room was clean and comfortable! We’ve been to this location once before and both times we had difficulty operating the TV. There could be some simple directions posted in the room to alleviate inconvenience to customer and employee.

Room was super clean. However, ac unit made awful noise all night long. Kept us both awake ofd and on. Not enough parking at hotel eitner. Had to park at neighboring hotel that was fortunately undergoing renovations. Staff were super helpful and polite

I hate to give this place a negative rating because it’s actually a really nice hotel. There was some obnoxious volleyball team staying at the place that was loud as can be from 2-3:00 in the morning that wouldn’t shut their mouths until threatened with eviction. My family got 3 hours of sleep after they finally quieted down only to be woken up at 6:00 by the kids jumping up and down and running back and forth in the room above us. Very nice hotel - clean, nice shower, very comfortable bed. Free breakfast was very nice - good selections, replenished as needed. Great staff in the dining area. Only thing missing was availablity of 24 coffee/tea. Would have enjoyed that option.

The facility is old. Most electricity outlets for phone chargers are not working. Breakfast has fewer varieties than other Holiday Inn express we stayed in last a few nights. It took very long to get water warm for shower.
