This hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness, and it excels in efficient ventilation throughout the premises, even in the elevators. The rooms are comfortably air-conditioned and well-insulated against noise. One potential enhancement I'd suggest is providing more single-piece beds instead of the majority being two singles joined together, as it can be uncomfortable for sleeping. Additionally, I recommend that the housekeeping staff replenish liquid soaps and supply more coffee cartridges and sugar on a daily basis, as the current quantities left in the rooms tend to be insufficient.

Spent 3 nights at The Leonardo recently and I must say everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, in particular the genuinely warm welcome from staff in particular Sheriff. I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Offenbach

Booked double bed and given 2x single bed together with individual blankets. Not great when travel as couple. And rude and disrespectful receptionist.

Good standard of hotel, 10 minute walk from S-Bahn station. Very spacious and comfortable room. Good breakfast, if lacking one or two things (such as a toaster).

Lovely hotel with a nice breakfast. Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Clean. Staff seemed nice too. Parking was on the expensive side. Overall a lovely hotel.

The property was nice for a night visit. It was clean and seemed to be well kept. However, the location's surroundings, which will be nice, is under considerable construction making it a little hard to get to the local metro. The area has a make shift pathway to get to the metro and from the metro back to the property. Once the construction is over it should be fine.

Hotel room cancelled without notice, terrible!
My husband & I booked the hotel for 3 days 2 nights but we were 1 day late to check in due to personal issue. We informed the hotel in advance that we will check in late. When we arrived at the hotel at 9pm, we were told our guaranteed booking was cancelled. Worst thing was there is no available room for us. We were very shock that Hotel.com or the Leonardo Hotel just cancelled our guaranteed & paid hotel booking. It was a terrible experiences for us to look a hotel at night!
