the money is not worth paying for this kind of hotel condition - that also without breakfast, this shoud not have been. Because from my own personal past experiences all hotels Europe room rental includes Breakfast.

Staff wasn't very friendly and spoke little english. Our room only has a bottle of water and it's not even free, and, most importantly, the water in our faucet's do not seem drinkable. We've been drinking from tap from our entire trip and for some reason this water looks brown-ish after served in a cup. This is a real problem. Rooms are ok at best - not worth their price.

the hotel which u evaluated as 5 starts and EXPEDIA HAS 5 STARS ON THAT HOTEL .. is less than 1 Star . SMALL , DIRTY passages , smelly everywhere , breakfastt is not eatable, and not Euro 8.5 as per Expedia information , but 12.5 PER PERSON. AND LOOK SICK

You get what you pay for! Excellent bath with broken soap holder, very good size room in dire need of changing carpets, stuff like that. Very friendly reception staff and that was very much my type of area.

Nice hotel close to downtown Offenbach.
This was my second time here and would go back for sure. They offer breakfast for a small charge and the staff is willing to accommodate special requests.

The hotel is convenient to regional and local transportation hubs, close to shopping, cafes , variety of restaurants . It's near a quaint historical open air market place featuring fresh market twice weekly, with tasty jams , cheeses , breads , sausages , wines and liqueurs from area farms , dairies and vineyards . It is not far from the Main riverfront walk with the Frankfurt skyline in the distance .

Great Budget Hotel
Not a 5 star hotel, but absolutely fantastic as a budget hotel. Within walking distance from the S-Bahn - with backpacks, wouldn't recommend living suitcases that distance. You pass by street vendors and a grocery store on the way to the hotel. Once again, ideal for backpackers wanting a quieter night than a hostel.

Earlier ratings of three stars was massively mis-leading. There was an old drink carton in the refrigerator (which did not work) and the overall ambiance of the hotel could best be described as dingy. The elevator is worn and dirty and the place had an unpleasant odor of neglect. Overall, for the money, it was a VERY disappointing place to have to spend the night. I will not go back, nor would I recommend this to any friend. Avoid this unless you are really tired, cold and desperate for sleep.

Good location - close to the Offenbach city center and train stations. We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of July, and the room was extremely hot! We had a very difficult time sleeping. We'd not mind staying there again, just not during the summer...

I agree with a lot of the things said in positive reviews about this hotel. However my room was close to the elevator shaft and the elevator makes a really loud humming noise throughout the night. It was so loud that I woke up at 2 and could hardly sleep for the rest of the night. I even called the elevator and sent it to the basement to try to get rid of the noise but it did not help at all.

Amazing value for money
Amazing value for money. Yes, it is not located in the centre of Frankfurt but both rail and tube services are within a walking distance from the hotel and in less than 20 min you are in the central station in Frankfurt. For the price we were not expecting much from the hotel but we were truly surprised. Friendly and helpful staff, amazing room and perfectly clean. I will definitely come back.

location is awful need a code to get into hotel after 11pm which if you loss you are without a room? decor yellow - ( not relaxing) curtains like paper light at 5am !! bed quite comfy didn't have breakfast

My wife and I stayed here two nights to spend a leisure day in Frankfurt at the end of a business trip elsewhere in Germany. The room was very '80s and showed its age a few places, but it was well maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's across the street from the Offenbach train station and about 3 blocks from the s-bahn with a direct train to the airport. Wi-fi connection was spotty but enough to check in to our flights. Business travelers being comped should cough up the extra money for a hotel in Frankfurt, but I highly recommend this hotel for people trying to see Frankfurt on a budget.

Not a bad hotel for the price
If you want to vist Frankfurt but not pay the high prices of the inner city hotesl this works well. It was only a few blocks from the U line ( direct inexpensive train service to the ctr of the city ) and one block from the DB Train station. Room was large by German Standards ( if you are from America you will consider it a small room ) and very clean. Had a problem with the hot water not working one morn, but they made up for the problem by not charging for 3 days of breakfast , so was pleased that they were concerned. Problem was fix the same day Keep in mind the hotel's front desk in not open past 7 pm so no one can call your room, and you have to use a pass code to get in the front door. The town its in is a little run down, but safe. Over all for what I payed for the room I would go back. JAY

Nordic Hotel Frankfurt Offenbach
The Nordic Hotel Offenbach is really close to the train station (only 5 min walk) and to the city centre. The room was clean and breakfast excellent. All the staff was friendly and always helpful. You can use the wifi connection in all the building. The only negative point: it was a bit cold in the room during the night!

Okay, but no internet
The internet was only available around the reception area. It sometimes worked in our room, but only nearby the door and wasn't reliable. At the time of check-out, we were told that we had not made a payment. We tried to explain that we indeed had paid through hotels.com, but the staff said we had to come back after 3pm to talk to the manager, and charged us anyway. We completely understand that she was just doing her job (and by no means, she wasn't trying to be mean or anything), but it'd have been nice if she could try to help us a bit more by trusting what we were saying-- perhaps by calling the manager or something. That way, we might not have had to kill all morning looking up things and calling hotels.com for assistance. We also had to reschedule our plans that day to go back to the hotel after 3pm. But when we went back to the hotel, the manager had already solved the issue, explained why this misunderstanding had to happen, and he also gave us a free breakfast. When my family member stayed at the hotel before, they also had some problem (someone was checked in to their room while they were out, and they came back to their room to find a stranger watching TV there). But at that time also, the manager apologized and gave them a free room for the night. These are just mistakes and misunderstanding that we may not want to blame the hotel for, and the hotel manager seems to be very professional. We just wish he were there when we checked out so that we could have used our last day in town as we had planned... .

De verwarming stond op standje sterven we hebben de hele nacht het raam open moeten laten om enigszins een normale temperatuur op de kamer te hebben het was wel schoon maar bijna alles was aan vervanging toe gewoon vesleten
