We had a good experience with this hotel. My room was a little musty smelling but it didn’t bother me at all. There’s no fan in the bathroom. The pool was lovely! The rooms were quiet. The breakfast was really fantastic. Staff was helpful. They were not all bilingual so sometimes we had to wait because we also weren’t bilingual.

A good place to stay; however the elevators are funky design. Slight risk if you are waiting for elevators

Excellent Breakfast.
Would stay there again. Economic local buffet restaurant attached to hotel. Tour desk for famous restaurant show and Iguazú booking. Full buffet breakfast. Big swimming pool. Outside view from room was street, but it was good for checking the weather. Extra shower nozzle next to comode not strong, but worked. Need more Uber drivers, but good for trips to see JL Shopping. Left valuable in room and hotel honest and holding for pickup or delivery. Front desk knowledgeable and attentive.

The room was clean but it lacked a few items in the room. There was no kettle to make coffee or tea and there was no iron to touch up our clothes. Most average hotels have these items. Also the towels were very stiff.

Dated, No frills budget hotel.
hotel dated as most Brazilian hotels. Room spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom cleanliness could be better, Hair’s and stained towels. Breakfast very good. Hotel has an onsite buffet restaurant but not owned by hotel so you have to pay cash. This restaurant is cheap but food quality not so great. Pool area nice and clean. Generally a budget hotel with reasonable prices and no frills. Quality matched the cheap price paid.

The pool and outside facilities were great. The location not too bad, but streets outside very noisy at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fine hotel with good breakfast and buffet dinner.
Tourist information desk right in the hotel lobby that booked a cab driver for me to visit Iguazu Falls. Perfect, although do know that this hotel is in Brazil.

Very frienfly staff.
The hosts are extremely warm and friendly. We even received a gift as it was easter! The room was on the small side. However, since we were only there for 1 night it didnt matter. If you wonder about the hotel restaurant, I cannot rate it high enough. We were looking for a more 'Argentinean' experience but decided to try the Italian restaurant. Wow! The best Italian meal I've had. Your hosts can tell you about their italian heritage. You will enjoy!

Good hotel but I am not sure it is quite 4 stars. For example, they don't have a gym. They do have a swimming pool outdoors, which must be nice in summer. (I was staying there in winter and the weather was not very warm.) Also, there were ants in my room. They were tiny and did not bother me too much, but still this is not what I would expect in a 4 star hotel.

Well worth the money.
Walking distance to shopping and bus stop. Room and hotel was clean. Bad is comfortable. Personnel from reception, was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The only down side are: room a bit small (but this is general in many places in Brazil), and the bathroom should be better vented (a fan would help). Overall was a pleasant stay here.

Good single bedroom, excellent breakfast
Great value for money. Room: great size for single bedroom, wifi was great, bathroom great. Airconditioner was a little noisy, the door was not sound insulated so there was lots of noise getting through the door. The neighborhood: it's next to a busy street in the day but after 7 pm it's dead. Good thing is that restaurant streets are just 5-10 minutes walk away. Breakfast: one of the best hotel breakfast I ever had.

Good option downtown
It was a good option to stay downtown in Foz. The hotel was as described, people very nice, good reataurant and travel agency inside. We rented a room for 4 and it was fine but a little crowded. But the beds were confortable. I would only suggest maintanance on the hall way. The carpet was a little bit old and not in good shape. Nice pool, a must in Iguazú!

They don't honor bookings!
Do not stay at this hotel! I booked a few days in advance, but arrived late at night to find that they had overbooked the hotel! What the frick! They then sent me to a cheaper hotel nearby that had rooms available. Definitely not the same level of comfort I had booked, so I cancelled the reservation and went on my way to find another hotel online at 3am in the morning. Unless you want to deal with this, don't book it!

Easy access to falls
Was very easy to get to the Argentinian and Brazilian side of the falls. Taxi or bus easy to get to falls. We arrived on a Sunday and there was no one on the tour desk but on week days they were there and were helpful.

Nice comfortable modern hotel
Very nice comfortable hotel in downtown Foz do Iguacu. The area is very safe. The hotel is not luxury but very modern and comfortable for the price we paid. We are located in the downtown area so there are lots of places to visit when you are there. And the hotel provides a shuttle bus to visit the Argentinian side of Iguacu Falls.

We was a group of 15 and the hotel was accommodating and helpful to us. They helped us to get to the falls, dam and transport to the airport. The fee they charged was very reasonable.

Probably the best hotel in Foz do Iguazu.
A perfect hotel. The rooms are large, spacious, ample lighting, plug-points at proper places and quite a few in number. Great breakfast, better than many higher star hotels. Everybody is so friendly. Good tour organiser and very cheap compared to the services they provide. Perfect for a holiday.
