We originally booked 2 days thru Expedia , we’re here to see our son who’s been in a coma since the 2nd of the month, and my wife needed to stay another day, so last night we paid for an additional day at the front desk, then today when we’re in the icu with our son, the manager of the hotel called me because we hadn’t checked out, and she didn’t want to accept that we paid for an additional day, and she argued with me about it while we’re at the hospital. She finally realized the employee at the desk didn’t check something on the computer. Like it’s our fault. Because of the way she treated me on the phone, I would never ever stay in this hotel ever again, so unprofessional
