The location of the hotel and the layout of the room was just what our family needed for our trip to Disneyland. However, when we checked into the room, we discovered it had a terrible smell (pet room probably?) and was not properly cleaned - there was multiple hairs all over the bathtub, dirt on the floors, food crumbs on the kitchen counter and we found someone else’s leftover clothes in the closet. The sofa pullout is labelled as a “Double Bed Pullout” - I would implore you to not count this as a usable bed. It was actually smaller than a twin mattress and so dreadfully uncomfortable that whichever poor sap was assigned to it each evening could barely walk the next day. No exaggeration. My final disappointment was to discover upon check in that they do not provide housekeeping services unless you stay for 8 days or more. I’ve never heard of such a thing, even with hospitality taking a nose dive since Covid this seemed a bit extreme.
Front desk staff was nice, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was nice to have included and was a good assortment, but their times didn’t align with the info initially provided to us, causing us to miss it one day and left us with some grumpy kids.
If you’re looking for budget and don’t mind rolling the dice on cleanliness, this is a fine place to stay.
