"Extremely disappointed that they did not inform me at all that the swimming pool area would be closed during all of my stay. They did not offer any compensation for this lack of service, I still had to pay the full price. On top of this There was constant renovation noise and the noise insulation of the rooms is inexistent. The room fridge smelled bad, as if someone had peed in it. "

"The check in lady was very friendly and let me check in early as the room was ready. I was also still in time to have breakfast at a very reasonable price 25 BRL. The room was simple but lovely and had smart tv snd good internet. The breakfast was good and the best part was the cheesy scrambled eggs. Each day came with a different hot accompaniment and there were fresh fruits and bread and cakes. Great coffee with hot milk. It’s a fair way from the airport , but just a block to the beach one...
