Sorry to read your sad comment and not using your real name. Wish you told us when you were here that you slept not well. And why telling us you had a lovely night durin breakfast? A mattress/ bed is very personal and unfortunatly we cannot keep all sorts in stock. The smell in the dining room must be of the new carpet which was fitted just a few months ago. Most guests like staying at Braeburn and come back again or recommend us.

Hello Yucel, Thank you for taking time writing this review. Also thank you for being honest about the things happened. Although you forgot two things to mention. First you showed up almost 3 hours late and second you tried to sneak in your baby. Of course you understand that this makes our mood not better and when you also don't want to hear our explanation why we sent you away, it seems rude to you. Our rules are, which you probably read on our website, that we don't take children under 6. That means also no baby of 2 years old. This would be confirmed through the website when you were honest booking the baby. We can't allow you to take the baby in between you and your wife in a double bed because our insurance policy let us not take more people in than we have beds for. We couldn't re-let the room at that time of night, therefore we couldn't cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy you can also find on our website also at Expedia. You forgot to mention you got the opportunity to make a phone call to find other, suitable accommodation but you didn't need our help at that point. We are happy for you you found a better place to stay which also was cheaper. We suggest you book you holiday next time on a honest basis which makes you and your family more relaxed to enjoy your stay. We wish you all the best. Kind regards, Braeburn Guest House
