Our first room smelled like mold and mildew and the front gave us a new room immediately which was nice, however the staff is incompetent and unhelpful. We stayed for 2 nights and asked the front desk 5-6 times over those two nights for towels and were never given any. My mom had to dry off with a small hand/bath towel. Unacceptable. A family friend who ended up staying here in another room gave us 2 of his or we would have had nothing to shower with! During our whole stay not once were we given towels after the original 2 shower towels that were in the room.

So when we were there the elevator didn’t work on our end of the rooms. Made it a little challenging with luggage since we were on third floor. When I checked in Christine was a little short with me she gave me my room keys and said here. I asked where my room was ( room number was 323 and she said kinda snippy above 223. Then I asked can you be a little more specific what side of hotel etc. Answered me like I should have known. The breakfast was great and the girl taking care of breakfast was very nice and pleasant. The room was nice. Pool was great

We loved everything. Comfortable room! Absolutely amazing pool and surrounding area. Manager was very nice and gave us an upgrade we didn’t ask for. Extremely great price!

Was a last minute stay as I was taking the key west Express the next day. Checked in just fine, asked for a wake up call for the next morning, which never happened. Room was nice but loud music outside the room which went on most of the night

Bed bugs manager did nothing I had to go to hospital to get shot because I had a reaction to the bed bug bits and a young couple were violent and fighting till 5an one night cops did nothing

Although I was greeted by a very nice young man, the whole property felt more like a Days Inn than LaQuinta. I certainly understand that the entire area is still in recovery from Hurricane Ian, but there were things that just should have been better…. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but the bucket in it was completely full. It is a pet friendly property but there’s carpet on the floor which was stained and held smells.

Rooms are clean but VERY VERY SMALL! Only 1 light in the room so they are very dark which isnt pleasing, room smelled like mold and the dehumidifier in the room was unbelievably loud. Door didnt shut properly and the overall safety of the place felt off. Random individuals loitering around at night alone, and dimly lit hallways. Staff isnt overly friendly or accommodating, just there to exist basically. Pool is freezing and dirty so we didnt use it. Breakfast is basic. Overall, a decent basic place to stay close to the city of Fort Myers but nothing standing out as to why we would choose to return.

Loved the pool and hot tub. They need to skim out debris more often. Wish there was a source for drinking water on the property.

I had very little hot water. The tub had nothing on the floor to keep anyone from slipping.

Room was smelly, really damp and stale. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but it was full. Spoke to manager(male) and he was rude. Told me they would not refund or discount room at all since I booked through Expedia and should have asked for a new room. Pool was big, but dirty in and around it.

The staff was very accommodating and accessible. The rooms were spotless. My only complaint was that the coffee was weak and half and half was not offered, only milk and creamers.

Moldy curtains. Exercise room unavailable. Felt like they did just enough to be open. Stairwell closed due to disrepair. Elevator inspection certificate 2 years out dated.
