It was amazing but my daughter was sick the whole time and i just wish they can give me a refund for this time since we did not enjoyed the trip due to that! But everything was very well clean and very good workers there.

The room was spacious, well-designed, and aesthetically pleasing; the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; the breakfast bar was a nice bonus; and the pool was perfect. Super easy check-in and check-out. I hadn't previously stayed at a Home2 Suites property, but I will make it a priority to seek them out when I travel in the future.

We love this hotel! We stay here every time we come to fort Myers. The facility is clean, friendly staffs, and the amenities are beyond. Very family friendly. I would definitely stay again when I am in town. This was our 3rd stay, ranging from 1-3 weeks and I have not had any issues. They deserve a 5 star rating.

Very well kept. I’ve experienced disappointing hotel rooms in the past. I keep my own home really clean so it’s nice to have a hotel that makes it a priority. I loved the personal touch seeing my name welcoming me on the tv.

Other than the pool being closed due to a maintenance issue an otherwise excellent stay. Bright. Clean. Superb breakfast options. Very comfortable room that was spotless. Will stay again when I'm back in the area.

This is the 2nd home 2 home I've been at that I have been bit by fleas, didn't experience the last few times but wow 2 different locations and sane problem fleas, can't relax on sofa when getting bit by fleas. Very sad coming from a Hilton property or partner. The fleas are makingvthe stay miserable.

The rooms were dirty. The beds seemed to have used sheets as we found hair in all the beds. The pull-up bed had a dirty Gatorade bottle under it and crumbs on it

The staff was pleasant, most organized breakfast that I've seen in a long time, Need more options for meat products. You will need a car for area, traffic heavy/four lanes. Only issue with room : ants called front desk the brought spray, cleaned counters Next day same issue. Did not over to move, comps I did mention on check out. I would stay again

Clean, modern, well-lit, airy and comfortable accommodations. I appreciated the firm mattress (no backache in the morning!), walk-in shower, comfortable sofa, ample work space, storable dining table, refrigerator, microwave, TV with streaming services, and all the other nice touches found in my room and throughout the hotel including complimentary coffee throughout the day and a hot breakfast. Plus, check in and check out was quick and easy. This was my second time staying at a Home2Suites and I will definitely be booking future stays at this hotel chain again.

The desk clerk, Nathan was helpful and friendly.The room was large and quiet. The breakfast staff were nice Negatives: The lighting sensor system was confusing as was tuning the TV set to get regular TV channels. The container for dishwasher powder didn't close, spilt all over. The table and chairs in the breakfast room were odd. Did not like the yellow plastic chairs. The breakfast selection was skimpy, no eggs, bacon, etc Larger spoons needed for cereal. When I asked for a receipt upon checkout The clerk gave me a hard time because I had a zero balance.
