I would not stay here even if it’s free. The room was ok. Bed was comfy but the Pillows were too high and not comfortable. No dresser to put clothes. Shower head with weak water pressure. Pool was disgusting dirty no one cleaned it. The pool furniture is old and dirty. The tiki bar was loud on Saturday the noise lasted until 1:30 am. No respect for the residents. The only friendly service were the cleaning ladies. A “Thank you” for staying with us from the front desk would’ve been nice.

The only thing that i didn't like was the breakfast spot, it wasn't pleasant or even good service. I would give 5 star it just need a better breakfast bar.

Upon arrival, Noor was pleasant and professional. Our group required 2 rooms for 2 nights. Before arriving I decided the cancel the second room on the second night thinking part of our group would depart (no fees/charges). After the first night, I asked to add that second room back except now the rate was $50 higher. Oh well, lesson learned. Location is noisy from the main road traffic. Room has been updated with nice coverlet and wall decor. Has its positives and negatives.

This hotel and the property are very run down. The pictures online were very deceiving. The covered fountain area behind the property was filthy, and smelled all the way to where the rooms are. You have to ask for a coffee maker which we did and didn't receive it until we asked a second time, when we did finally receive it, it came with no basket to put the coffee in. The first morning we were there we went to breakfast around 8:00 a.m. Breakfast started at 7:00 a.m., there were only four people in the dining room, and they were already out of almost everything. We never bothered to try to have breakfast there again. Every night when we got back to our room our key cards didn't work and we had to go back to the front desk to have them reactivated. The only nice thing about this hotel is the cute Tiki Bar on the property, but that's it. We were very disappointed because the pictures made it look like a decent hotel.

This property backed on a Tiki Bar that was quite friendly. My only issue was that the breakfast area was depleted with time left by a half hour including coffee

Excellant value for the nightly rate. Clean, easy quick check in, everything maintained properly but dont expect expensive furnishings but bed is comfortable and great price so its best room at this rate Ive found.

I honestly cannot believe Wyndam or Expedia endorses this property. The bed was comfortable, but beyond that our stay was not good. The mineral pools and the regular pool are terrible. They are filthy and smell like rotten eggs. Furthermore, check-in was at 3 p.m. We checked in at 3:08 p.m. and told that a room with a king bed was not ready which is what we reserved for. We said we would be happy to wait for a king bed room. We were told to come back in an hour. We came back in a little over one hour and were still told our room was not ready so we ended up in a different room with no apology offered for the inconvenience. We will never go back to this hotel.

Despite the recent renovation and staff who wanted to please, this remains a “good to avoid” overpriced location. Listed amenities are not in the rooms (you need to ask for a coffee maker, for example), Wi-Fi signal is iffy, restaurant is not appealing… we would not return.

The room was recently renovated but the work was rough and with lack of finishing details. Room looked clean at first, but it was mainly just a quick pass through, once you started using the room. Lamp shade was broken and smoke detector was beeping (low battery I assume). On site restaurant was open, but never saw anyone actually there. I know that everyone is still recovering in many ways after Ian. However at least have some there. Don’t even plan for the breakfast. Just bring your own. Tiki bar was actually no bad for grabbing a drink and relaxing, but beware that they stay up till 2AM and it got busy on Thursday and Friday nights. If you don’t want to hang out then you may not have a good nights sleep.

Not Safe for Female Solo Travelers- but Clean!
Unfortunately, this hotel is not what it looks like. The room, while clean, is not "resort" level, in literally any way. The paint is completely scratched up, there was a hole where the toilet plumbing in the bathroom was, which allowed a FLURRY of fruit flies and gnats into the room. I was completely disgusted. Further, someone near my room was smoking w33d and it came into my room so strongly it gave me a headache. I would not recommend a solo female ever staying at this place, as it is a construction worker haven, not to mention there are homeless people who hang around the area and the tiki bar out back allows the drunks to come yelling through the hallways at 1:00-2:00AM. I was fearful going in and out of my room as drunkenness' + men do not mean safe situations for women overall. The front desk people were pleasant and the room was clean, as was the bedding, but this hotel location and the people that stay here are just not safe for a solo female traveler. I was worried every night that my car was going to be broken into.

I work overnights and travel for work. I tried for an early check in, was told that they would charge me for another day if allowed to check in early. Not really sure what the difference is if they have rooms that didn't get used the night before. Not very accomodating.

Avoid at all cost.
Worst stay at a hotel ever. Where to start? The lobby smelled as well as the room. They don't mention they're remodeling. The room door must have just been installed. They used painter's tape with the room number on it to let you know. The other residents were drunk and loud pushing furniture down the hallway all night. It was too late to go anywhere else. We didn't even risk sleeping under the covers. The vanity light didn't work, the outlet behind the bed was broken and I was afraid it would short out. The toilet seat was broken, I almost slid off the toilet. I could go on and on. Needlessly to say we left just after 6:00 AM.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE
Floor was dirty upon arrival....was unable to get clean towels ..was told I had to wait because housekeeper had to count the dirty towels first...front desk manager was rude as hell....my daughter came to pick me up to go to the beach...manger ask me to leave because we are not allowed to have visitors....when I asked to see policy on that he became very very rude..and stated to me you seen I threw others out as well ....the continual breakfast was a JOKE....was told i could not take a cup of coffee to my room I had to drink it in the dinning area...and it is no damn RESORT as listed

A lot of noise bc of bar next door The first room we checked in to had a leaking toilet a shower that wouldn’t drain and water was coming up from drain and none of the outlets worked and the shower had a dead bug hanging from ceiling Then we requested a move and they only had twins or ones by the loud bar which was fine bc it was a last minute swap. The 2nd room had poop stains in the toilet, toilet paper was half used on the back of the toilet, missing mirror over the sink and tons of people tweaking out all night in the parking lot outside our window
