This a great place to stay as it is convenient to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva. Staff was great, very clean, nice pool. Lots of shopping around.

I liked the heated pool, the people you meet are very friendly and the front desk was always very helpful, the only thing i disliked about it was the breakfast buffet they could have had different things .

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The staff for breakfast was great, she did a wonderful job keeping the food fresh and full. Nothing like the experience you get at a resort but not a resort cost.

A great choice when visiting Fort Myers
I was so pleased with this hotel. It was our first time in Fort Myers and I really didn't know the area and I am so pleased with my choice. This hotel is just a short drive to the beach and area attractions. It is surrounded by great hotels. The complimentary breakfast was great every morning with a nice selection of choices. The fitness center was awesome and the rooms were clean and comfy. My only negative would be that the shower and water pressure sucked

Stayed two nights while visiting Fort Myers. Women at front desk were so friendly and helpful. Gave us recommendations and even came to help check our key outside our room when it wouldn’t work. The hotel and rooms were immaculate! Staff could be seen vacuuming and polishing the elevators and checking the status of the public restroom. Room was fabulous! Lots of hooks to hang our bags. Very comfortable beds, pillows, linens. Super clean! Bathroom was well stocked with Dove products which made it so convenient to not have to unpack all of your toiletries. Location was perfect! Only a few minutes from the causeway and beach. There is a free bus shuttle hub right next door. We didn’t use it but will next visit. Lots of access to grocery stores across the street as well. Fitness room was perfect! Great new equipment and nice selection of weights. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. Small but nice with umbrellas and chairs. Lady serving breakfast was so friendly. You could tell she really cares about her job! Making friends (and recognizing past guests). She went out of her way to share the food options (she mentioned lower sugar, fat, etc). My only complaint for the whole stay was that the breakfast options were lacking some of the standard HIE choices. There were no cinnamon rolls 😞. There was also limited egg options compared to other HIE we have stayed at which usually have scrambled and omelette options which is nice for those who are dairy free.

This hotel is pretty new and is clean. But the bad thing is that staff s are not trained enough. When I checked in to the room, I brought my pet together, the advertised pet’s friendly and the front desk staff should saw the pets and didn't say anything, the staffs keep my credit card for $100 deposit. And She arranged us on the second floor. But in the evening we I took my dog ​​for a walk, pasted front desk another staff stoped us checked my room number and told us that we shouldn’t in second floor. She was in bad attitude. I think the staff made mistakes, it was not my fault. You cannot question me. I don’t like this attitude. She should say sorry to us first and correct it. And Second day the hotel recharge more $100 for deposit. They hold the deposit two times for$200, One day later after check out, The hotel charged me $25 for pets staying, only released $100 deposit. They still hold $100 deposit now . I don’t understand what is mean. Looks like the management is not in order. And there was a cleaner’s cloth in the sink. When I went in the room. One more problem is that the next day, we haven't checked out for breakfast yet, but when I returned to the room, someone was already cleaning my room, as if I had already checked out, and pulled my luggage aside. My personal things was in room She should know I had not check out. Why did he pull my luggage aside? I had to put my personal things together again. I told the cleaner do not need service,but She don’t speak English
