I loved my stay here! Check in wasn’t bad just had to wait for someone to come from the other properties! The guy that checked me in even made some recommendations for me to try! Room was clean and bed was comfortable! Everything is pretty much walking distance! Will definitely stay here again :). Down side its stairs and the pool in the second building needs some cleaning but still enjoyed.

Just a basic hotel. Nothing special, but I have no complaints. If you’re looking for a nice place, that’s smaller and has your basic necessities and nothing more, this is the place for you. Clean room and nice bathrooms.

Good place to stay! Very walkable, close to the beach area and many restaurants. Rooms are small and slightly outdated but have the basic necessities (desk, chair, mini fridge, microwave, drawers, etc). Bed was ok and nice firm pillows! Only complaint was the room didn't have any mirror besides the vanity mirror in the bathroom. Unfortunately tv didn't work properly but wifi was good. Cute pools available, perfect for a chill swim! Lots of parking available but we almost got overcharged based on the days we needed the parking so just be careful. Overall, good cost efficient option!! Would recommend.

I just needed one night, close to the beach in a good location. I only had a queen it was just an ok room, u get what u paid for. The other king size rooms look better, pool on my side of property was really dirty. The other side the pools were ok. 5 min walk to the beach, i would stay here again for the price

We were staying for 7 days. Tranquilo is one of 5 resprts owned by this company. After the first night we asked to be moved to royal palms building and were very pleased with the staff and room there. Would stay at the royal palm resort again.

The place was suggested by a friend who stayed over before. The hotel is simple but very clean. I do think It’s pricey for what It is but it was discounted via Expedia, so $90 per day was worthy on a Monday and Tuesday. The regular price would have been $165. Staff was friendly.

The double queen room was a nice surprise. Had a kitchenette and living room space. Although the pool isint anything special have quite a few sister properties near by that you can use.

I stayed at room 206. The room was in a very bad condition. The vinyl floor was old and the top layer was partially missing. The tiles and the tub paint was peeling off. The iron was almost unusable and part of it was missing. I have many years of experience in the hospitality industry and have been to many countries and I would say that this is not how a hotel room is suppose to look like. If I was a manager, I would never keep the room without a proper maintenance to reach such a bad condition. Not as advertised! In general, the room was clean and the pools were in a decent condition. The hotel is in a quite street very close to the beach. I had the chance to have a look at other rooms and they were in a better condition.

Communication was excellent! They text me prior to arriving and gave instructions and a number to text in case no one was at the desk when I arrived. Once at the property, check-in was very easy and staff was very accomodating and helpful. Room was very nice, bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and location was PERFECT! Will definitely stay again!!

Everything about the room was perfect. We had a kitchenette area a beautiful, clean bathroom a very comfortable bed. Awesome air-conditioning as well! The area is very walkable. We could be at shops restaurants in no time at all.

I liked how my room was like a little apartment. The room was very nice and spacious. Bathrooms a little dated and wish they had thicker blankets but overall I did love my stay and the convenience of the hotel.

It’s a party hotel for 18-22 year olds. Room smelled like mold, floor tiles cracked, dust in various parts of room. Only good thing was a clean bed.
