The overall property was ok. There were locals that would hang out in front of the gates. The office was closed at night so there wasn't anyone to reach out to. There are no peep holes on the doors. At 2am we had people banging on our door demanding us to open the door. It was hopefully a one off event but definitely not pleasant. Even without the experience we had, the hotel was mediocre and unprofessional. The bed was extremely firm for those that like that.

Absolutey horrible!. First the lady at the front desk spoke barely any English at all. Gave us our room and we opened the door to find it wasn’t even cleaned yet. She gave us a different room which was made up however not very clean. There was old soap scum in the shower, broken towel rack, wires hanging down the wall from the tv, broken shutters on the windows. And then to top it all off we get woken up at 1am by the lady at the front desk calling twice and texting twice to inform me my card wasn’t going through. Then come to find out it wasn’t even my card she was referring to. Needless to say we did NOT stay there the second night we had booked and went and found an amazing place right around the corner.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a women who could barely speak English. Once I checked in everything went through about 5 minutes late she tells me I have to pay a smoking fee of 150 dollars and told me the money would be released after I leave I told her that I called the day before and the guy said there’s no security deposit so she got a attitude and called the manager and he confirmed and agreed with me she automatically thought I smoked (judged me) once I got to the room trash can was full and there was a dirty wash clothe on the refrigerator so I took it to the front and told her the room wasn’t cleaned properly after further inspecting the room I would recommend bring your own cleaning product and sheets room was dusty the shower had built up water residue the knob did not turn so I had to figure it out the toilet seat was yellow towels dingy sheets wrinkled I went to the local Walmart brought new sheets the lady who works on the weekend costumer service is horrible PARKING so there’s about 20 rooms with 8 spots to park if u don’t get there before night time u will be paying 45 to park every night also no help with parking near by no blow dryer no iron or ironing board. It’s a small mom and pop hotel the location is excellent but if u plan on spending time in the room i recommend you spend your money else where

A small room, good enough for two people - no frills. TV very limited and problems with screen, close captions and audio. Great location. Microwave, coffee machine at the check in desk. A bit noisy due to vending machines,

Yellow water in the bathroom. That must be the reason that they don't provide cups. No iron. Nobody in the office to get free filtered water, coffee or tea.

There is nothing boutique about this property. The grounds are poorly kept. Looks nothing like the pictures shown. The rooms are basic. I had a mini table in my room with cigarette burns on it so nasty. Would never stay here again. Not worth a dime.

First time here. Good: great location to beach, bars, and food. The help was courteous. Bad: almost zero water pressure in bathroom, the bed was very firm and rolled to the middle, There is construction across the road, even on Saturday morning. The walls are paper thin and could hear everything.

Dirty as hell!!! My shower was moldy, room smelled like chemicals, with all the air freshener they sprayed upon my check in. I would never stay here again, the “owners” or employees all live here it seems, parking was impossible, the workers parked in the entrance of the hotel so you literally had to squeeze between a minivan and bushes to get to your room lol. A real joke! The beach was close so that was cool but other than that, lesson learned with these cheap roach motels…

No WiFi the entirety of my stay, not well stocked with the things like towels and wash clothes or hair dryer. I had to go ask for one they hold them up at the office. No one was ever there to assist. And yes it has bugs! Never staying there again!

We stayed at this quaint little place 5 years ago. It was clean, had coffee pots in the rroms, glasses to drink out of and soft fresh towels. The garden area was a nice place to sit. This time, the room was not as clean and the bathroom had mold around the floor. Each night there were drunk people arguing and yelling until 2 and 4 in the morning. The towels were a little rough and no coffee pot or glasses. The garden area was a little to be desired. The hotel staff were as polite as they could be with what was happening. We will not be back.

There are only about eight parking spaces. The chances of getting one a very slim when we arrived at 3 PM there was four cars waiting for a parking spot. We ended up paying $50 to park our car overnight at the hotel next-door.

There was 11 parking spaces for 22 units. Additional parking was over two blocks away if you couldn't find any street parking. There was no ice machine. The room smelled of a disinfectant, windows didn't open to get rid of smell.
