I only had 2 disappointments. My handicap accessible room did not have the walk in shower I thought I requested/wanted/needed and the fact that we were told there was a shuttle to the Hard Rock Casino several times by multiple staff members only to find that it no longer went to the casino when we tried to use it. Other than these 2 things, I loved my room, food and the staff was friendly. Thank you. I look forward to my next stay at one of your hotels. Be Blessed

The room and hotel itself was great, but the staff/hotel policy was awful. We stayed 5 days, and never once had our room tidied or received fresh towels. When we asked the front desk about this, they said you had to request your room to be cleaned and no fresh towels would be provided automatically. Signs in the hotel specify that a light tidy would be done daily, but deep cleans had to be requested (fair). That was never done. We also asked for an extra pillow and was told it would be brought up, and it never was. During breakfast, my husband went to grab a cup of juice just before breakfast hours ended, and a staff member cut the machine off mid-use and walked off. I asked for a late (30 minutes) check out and was told I had to sign up to be a member for that to be granted. The room was great and the lady who checked us in was very sweet, but very basic service (not providing clean towels or removing trash bags for 5 days) was missing.

Good sized suites - great varying breakfast every day with plenty of choice. Nice pool - though a little noisy outside due to location near highways and airport.

Clean, comfortable, nice outdoor space and helpful staff were the positive factors. We appreciated the shuttle services offered as we were without our own transportation. It would have been nice to have had shopping and dining within walking distance, but we were able to utilize a restaurant delivery service.

Before I booked the property, I called to ensure that we would be able to utilize the free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. They answered promptly and said not to worry if our flight came in late, just to call the hotel and they would send one, just make sure to call after we had all the bags. In reality - the shuttle stops at 10:00pm sharp. I had to improvise - and pay $75 out of pocket for an Uber. We arrived, checked in, there were no luggage carts available. The woman running the desk offered to help us upstairs which was good because the keys she gave us didn't open the door to our room. She went down and re-key them, they still didn't open the door. We were therefore unable to leave the room until we were ready to checkout the next morning meaning we were unable to eat breakfast provided. The two reasons we booked the room - free shuttle and breakfast provided.... turns out we didn't get either. When asked to speak to a manager concerning the misinformation provided about the shuttle and not being provided room keys, the woman at the front desk was affronted and rudely inquired why I would think there would be a manager working on the weekend. There was no resolution to these problems. Although the rooms were very spacious and clean, I would not stay there again due to the issues stated above.

Booked a year ago along with another property in Port Everglades near cruise port. Paid in full 3 day pre cruise 3 day post cruise. Health issues in August 2023 cancer unable to fly unable to take cruise unable to do much of anything. Delta returned my money for air cruise line returned money for cruise I lost all the money that I pre paid for both theses stays as it was non refundable I will never do thus again. It is my fault. I have chemo till this September. All a very bad experience. Will never pre pay again.

Property was nice and clean. Felt safe in the area and the kids enjoyed playing in the pool. Breakfast was nice and the team was helpful. If I had to give any feedback at all it would be regarding checkin. We came early so I knew there was a possibility the room wouldn’t be ready. No big deal, the kids played in the pool. The person at the desk assured me she’d have a room for me at 3pm. I went back to check in a few minutes after 3:00. Upon asking to check in, I was told there were still no rooms. It’s frustrating to be told one thing and it not happen. Other than that, our stay was great. I would stay again.

The hotel is close to the airport. The room is spacious, furnished with full kitchen and appliances. Hot breakfast is great. The room floors need cleaning. I will stay again.

I have stayed here several times because of proximity to the hard rock casino. I love it every time. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Everything is clean. I love the continental breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Property itself is nice enough. Main reason for booking was due to property only being a few years old. Room was clean and breakfast buffet was another plus. However I think someone forgot to tell the staff that they’re in the hospitality business. Other than the front desk clerk who checked us in, and maybe 1 or 2 other staff members, it was mostly stares and glares from a staff that was borderline rude. Not to mention, no housekeeping service despite a sign in the room clearly stating what housekeeping service should be expected. Suffice it to say, will NOT be staying at this location again.

Hotel was clean and so were the rooms. The breakfast in the morning had a vast selection and was well maintained. We had to wait a long time for the airport shuttle.

I called afternoon to ask about shuttle and let them know I would be a late checkin due to delay out of DFW due to weather..no mention of shuttle past 10pm unrtil I arrived and walked to hotel pickup and called and informed.$35 taxi ride not happy! Then get here and no water to be bought unless you like flavor water and selection for snack was not great unless you want candy and chips. Don’t feel comfortable late a night walking to We days down the road.

Did not have my room ready for about an hour a big back up and had everyone wait in the restaurant area. Ran out of pastries for breakfast. But otherwise clean and quiet and comfortable.
