I am sorry we did not exceed your expectations but there are a few small inaccuracies. The restaurant next door was built in 1929. The condo on the other side was built in 1979. The other side is the ocean which was built when Earth was. There is construction a block away next to the luxury hotels. By law they can't start until 9.We are not for everybody. We're for people who don't want to spend 1000 a night to be on the oceanfront. In peak season with all of our complimentary extras (sunscreen, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, goggles, inner tubes, rooftop terrace, free WiFi, hundreds of cable channels...) you will see we are the economical option.Thank you for your feedback. Thanks for your review. We are currently changing out mattresses. We've done half of the property. What I don't get is the outlets. Guests were complaining about that a year ago. We bought cubes for every room with 4 outlets and 3 USB ports. Everyone loved them and we got great feedback. Suddenly that is not sufficient. I wonder how many more are needed? Maybe we should buy another round of cubes but certainly 4 and 3 ports are enough, right? Based on feedback we need to add another set.
