Not pleased with housekeeping. Room was tidy but the bed was not made, a glass was left in the sink. Stayed here many times, it was just a couple of small things that can affect the overall perception. Front Desk was amazing and very professional.

I love the convenience of the location, and the shops around the hotel. Anthony the bartender was amazing. I had a few hiccups my bathtub had old marks. They should upgrade to shower-only. The chairs at the desk need to be upgraded to black mesh chairs so the leather isn't worn down. And take carpet out the rooms I feel carpet in hotels are unsanitary. Lastly housekeeping should throw away torn sheets or old towels.

I have stayed at the property for years, the major upgrade several years was a great improvement, over the last few years the property has shown a decline in its upkeep. Heading to my room after checking in, the presence of air freshener or something used for that was present, that combined with what they were using it for did not give the most welcoming impression. The property is a great location, give it. the uplift it needs, correct the unplesant orders from the carpet, and see what happens.

The property was in a great location. It was close to a shopping mall, and several restaurants were located on the property. The parking was fantastic. The hotel and staff were awesome. I enjoyed everything.

View from the 8th floor overlooking main entrance was better than expected. Hotel is very close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Close to 595 and main roads to 95 such and broward blvd and sunrise blvd. Spot on location!

The place was very nice, staff was very helpful. My only camplint was that the spa was not in service. I was looking forward to a nice hot tub. I also should have asked for a room closer to the elevators because my wife has some difficulty getting walking.
