The location was close to the beach and plenty of dining options. The workers were very friendly and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more. I love the property. We didn’t feel too safe because the door doesn't look secure from the inside. Quiet time by law is 10pm and it was quiet by then but before that, other renters would party by the pool with their family/friends like it's their house. Drinking, loud music, and just loud conversations. So if you get a room by the pool, this could possibly happen. This was my first time there so I can't say if it's a normal occurrence. Overall, I do love the location, aesthetic, and cleanliness of the hotel.

LOVED the aesthetic vibe here! LOVED it was so close to the beach. I loved how a pool was right in front of our door and how they’re were so many pools everywhere in different levels. The only thing I would complain about is the cleanliness and how everything was outdated. If they renovated I would give it 4 stars

I want to first express how wonderful the staff were. There are not many of them and you can see they wear many hats but they were very kind and accommodating. The property could use a deep clean. There was trash on the property that could have been easily cleaned up. As for the rooms. There’s so much potential with some fresh paint, deep clean and some minor fixes. The bathroom was the worst. Door would not close. Visible dirt or mold in the corners of the floor. The floor throughout the room were tacky I never walked barefoot. However I felt comfortable sleeping in the beds. They were clean. I know you get what you pay for but I feel no matter the price it should be cleaned. We did tell the staff of the issues. They offered to have someone in to deep clean the room. We declined bc we already unpacked and didn’t want to be bothered. I used my Clorox wipes and cleaned the best I could. It’s in a wonderful location close to beach, restaurants and bakeries. So if you are not planning on staying in your room to relax, and only using for sleep you will be just fine.

Multiple pools and hot tubs. Cute areas to walk around but the room itself was basic. Decent beach place. Walkable to many restaurants and the beach. I did not eat at their restaurant but looked good and had outdoor seating.

This place was great! Plenty of pool and hot tub options. The only thing we didn't like was that when you took a shower the water was very hot and no way to make it colder. Otherwise this place was great. Staff was awesome! We were only there a night but we wish we would have found it sooner on our vacation. Would definitely go back there.

We l’ve stayed at North Beach Hotel two times now, and both times we LOVED IT. The staff is so friendly, the room is clean, modern and comfy. It is a tranquil and quiet place. The pools and hot tubs are amazing. There is nothing to complain about. I have no doubt that will stay there again. Guillermo and Nicholas are excellent, they help us book rooms for our friends that are coming from Brazil, making sure they have the best rooms. All the staff is friendly and helpful. We just love everything about it. We always recommend this hotel to all our friends. No questions asked. Thanks for the amazing experience as always. God bless!!

We picked this hotel for a family getaway because of it's affordability and location. The main thing we liked about this hotel is that it feels like you're at your own private resort. It's not overcrowded and the rooms are more spacious than what you would experience at a building hotel. It's starting to show its age a bit, but it was clean and comfortable. 4 pools and 2 hot tubs, and close location to the beach and the main strip make it a great location. We would stay here again.

Liked the boutique style of hotel. Quaint area. Felt safe. Women at check-in were fabulous. Kind, accommodating and helpful. . Men at checkout seemed overwhelmed(spring break kids) "Hot" tubs were cold. Many uneven surfaces (tripping hazard) and feet turned black when walking barefoot in room. Air conditioner very noisy. Would stay here again but not on spring break.

This quaint older hotel was perfect for what we wanted from our vacation. A short walk to the beach. Great service. Clean pools, hot tubs and gathering areas. You have access to multiple pools and hot tubs. Rooms have been updated. Loved that it was only two stories. Would stay again.

This is an excellent boutique hotel which is part of a 'village' and allows access to a wide range of facilities in the village area. Several pools are on the property but never felt crowded. Check in with Nico was effortless, he was so pleasant and helpful. I would happily stay here again

I love that this hotel group provides an affordable option to stay in Fort Lauderdale Beach which I love so much. I understand that in order to provide affordable accommodations, certain services have to be sacrificed, but it was a bit annoying that the lobby / front desk was locked and unmanned so often. That said staff was incredible! Biggest issue is that these rooms are lightly renovated to look trendy and capture some good photos but in reality, they are poorly renovated with lots of construction issues and are basically putting lipstick on a pig. Some rooms are more updated than others and we got a bad one at first. Even when moved to the Tranquilo property which was more updated room, there is grime and cracking in bathroom grouts, mattresses uncomfortable, pillows cheap and uncomfortable, we found way too many strands of hair on bed linens, and other icky issues. I get in not at a 5 star hotel, but they need to invest more in facilities and comfort! To end positively, cool hang out public areas and amenities like the cafes and restaurants. And right off the beach!

They let me to a room at the back of the property. A huge laundry bin sat outside my door and that was where they were going to leave it, beach my door was about 5 feet across a maintenance room where employees hang out with the supplies. They gather there to eat their food that I could smell in my room. The worst part though was the mattress. Think of the cheapest box spring. That’s what I slept on. With no blanket in sight anywhere. I was in fetal position all night, because we were so cold and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. For $375 for the night. Don’t do it.

Check in was wonderful and the 2 gentleman and the lady working 2/25 and 2/26 were all so helpful and nice. Our room was very clean and housekeeping has been great as well. Unfortunately after being in the hot tub one night at 10 and spring break party in the larger hot tub now all pool areas are closing at 8:00 at night as we were just told by the other lady at the front desk. Our last night was last night and we were told by another woman staff member we needed to get out of the hot tub even though it was just my daughter and I sitting on the side talking. I understand telling people that are partying they cannot stay in hot tub but clearly we were not causing any issues. After trying to talk to the lady at the front desk the morning of 2/27 she only sounded like she didn’t care to hear from us. After a great stay here this really leaves a bad impression.
