Excellent customer service, but the rooms can use deep cleaning. Bathroom ceiling had mold, corners, alarm clock and in many other areas there was a lot of dust and dirt.

What I didn’t like was the fact that we both prepared ourselves for a shower then found only 1 towel . The electric points were hanging out of the wall , very dangerous, some things not working, there was thick black mould on the bottom of curtain. We were only there for 1night , I did report these problems, the room should not have been used . Was told that manager would contact me to talk about a rate reduction but no response . Not very happy. Please respond to this issue!

Room was dirty and smelled really bad. They used a lot of pinesol to hide the smell. Condom wrapper was found behind headboard and hair on toilet seat. Entire hotel was really run down and not clean.

This hotel could use a major facelift. Very old decor and dated look. The front desk reception staff was very nice and the location convenient but the hotel itself is not very nice.

Overall it was just ok…the bed was super comfy, but the interior of the rooms needs some work. The bathroom was stained and dingy, the tv didn’t work well, and the ac barely worked- didn’t really keep the room as cool as I like. I would stay again for a quick overnight if I needed to especially because of the comfort of the bed.
