Decent hotel, many eateries around the property. We stayed at the hotel from Friday til Tuesday and unfortunately the pool area was closed which sucked. The free breakfast was good. Some of the staff members were nicer than others. There was a washer and dryer on the premises which was convenient but we weren’t told. The staff members need to inform the customers of all of the amenities in the hotel room. Also the rooms are adjoining which we did not like. You could hear other customers if they were too loud. But overall I would stay again if I’m in the area.

Staff member Brianna was absolutely the sweetest, helpful and professional young woman! The room was nice and neat. Only thing was the bathroom door was old and broken and closet doors old looking for an otherwise updated room just made the room feel odd..it was also nice to have a McDonald’s next door for morning coffee and a Chili’s within walking distance.

We where please and disappointed at the same time. Service and food area was excellent. Room was clean, updated very nice. We thought we would book room for one night on return from Europe. Was looking forward for pool day, pool area was filthy. Pool had animal poop on ledge of pool. Interior of pool was covered with green mildew, so filthy, nasty. Decided we would book another hotel on return. Disappointed pool & jacuzzi was like this, couldn't bare to use it.

It’s a dump ! It is filthy beyond beyond! The beds squeaked every time you turned in bed. The sheets were so wrinkled that they looked like they had been previously slept in although they looked clean. The pillows were a lumpy mess, ( glad I bring my own sm travel pillows). Everything is so dirty , the phone had so much dirt on you wouldn’t want to touch it. The door to Rm wasn’t very secure & the “ security latch “ was broken. I felt very unsafe and glad I had just 1 night there . If you want to go anywhere you have to get a taxi. Expedia should personally review their properties for cleanliness. I was disgusted & most upset with this property . There is also no in Rm safe.

Clean Comfortable room good access to highways. Front desk staff were terrific.Staff overseeing breakfast could have been more attentive. Eggs were cold and toaster was the kind that they have is college dining halls which work great but the tray under if wasn’t in correctly and the toast fell behind the toaster. Told the attendant who just let out a big sigh.

3 guests on registration but sofa bed not made up. Requested this. Came back to room and only a sheet was on the sofabed- no blanket. Furniture in room desperately needs to be renovated- dressers are all banged up, sofa has multiple stains, etc. would not recommend this to anyone. It’s awful. Seriously awful.
