From the outside the property looks a little rough but inside it was very clean and right next to the beach and shopping etc. Not all of the storm shutters closed but that wasn't necessary during our stay anyway. Great little boutique hotel. We will definitely be staying again.

Great convenient place to stay in Hollywood beach. Property is a little old and worn down, but expected that from previous comments. If you go into it knowing what to expect it is a good place to stay. I would stay again.

This place is nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. With no problem. The pool was nice and clean. Walk to the beach. Plenty of food and entertainment on the boardwalk. The AC WORKED THE SHOWER WORKED. The refrigerator was cold.

Remodeled room with new kitchen, refrigerator , bathroom . Bed is comfortable. Conveniently close to beautiful broadwalk along the beach with restaurants. Dania beach nearby just 4 mile away for beautiful sunrise view. Las Olas beach 20 miles with various good restaurants on the Las Olas Bouvevard . Staff is very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here .

The picture on Expedia for The studio room is not the same they provide. Room very small, Cold water in the shower that wouldn’t go hot, there was Cockroach in the room.

5 minutes to Holland boardwalk and beach. Clean pool. Beach towels and chairs provided free of charge to guests. Only thing needed, some type of hooks in the bathroom to keep clothes off the floor.

It was our anniversary, and the manager gave us an upgrade on our room, which was very appreciative. The room was close to everywhere and everything in walkable distance. One side was the beach. The other side was the intercoastal. The room was clean, no bugs. it was a private little bungalow. The pool was beautiful. Recommend if I can give more than five stars I would

Everything in the room was dated and the room was cleaned with Fabulous cleaner which the smell lingered the entire 1 night stay which made me sick to my stomach!

We come here to Hollywood Beach once a month. It never fails. 1 minute walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants on the boardwalk. We highly recommend it.
