The AC system, including the fan, came on and off in waves. This made it difficult to sleep. The room size was ample sized , and the staff were friendly.

We stayed here before and after our cruise. They have a Wawa convenience store and a Waffle House both next door, which was convenient. The breakfast was a nice perk at the hotel so that we didn’t have to pay for breakfast. They also have a shuttle service that picked us up and dropped us off at the airport free of charge. They also have a shuttle that comes to take you to the cruise port for $13 a person. This isn’t part of the hotel but you can sign up with them and they let the shuttle service know how many people to expect. We were happy with our stay.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay. What you would expect from a free hotel breakfast. They have a shuttle to and from the airport. If you are wanting a nice pool, this isn't the place. The pool is very small and located outside. There are several restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance.

Airport transportation was great. Cruise port transportation also available at a very reasonable cost. Breakfast was great! Hotel is right next door to Wawa service station that has lot of food snack options.

The view of the room is very beautiful and cleaniness and amenities are top tier. Love the fact everything is close by such as wawa gas station that serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, waffle house, wendys and walmart 18 mintues away and 13 minutes from the airport.

Found multiple cockroaches in the bathroom. Alerted the two staff members at the front desk and showed them pictures I took. They didn’t seem concerned or do anything about it. The hotel in general is dirty. Chose this hotel because of the proximity to airport. There are definitely nicer and cheaper places to stay.

Had a smooth shuttle transfer from FLL to hotel. Facilities look nice and clean upon arrival. Hotel room is clean. I like that they supply Dove amenities. Eating locations are at a walking distance. Looking forward to the Complementary breakfast. Will stay here again!

I was told to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport but the paper we were given on arrival said to call the day before to arrange the shuttle, so we ended up having to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel versus waiting 40 mins to get picked up after a long day of traveling. Also, got to room and there were no bath towels in bathroom so had to go down to the lobby. Staff could have also been friendlier.

Never stayed here before and needed to stay one night to catch a morning flight after our cruise. Very convenient for the Ft. Lauderdale Airport and a free shuttle. Comfortable bed and quiet and the pool was nice. Would recommend!

Close to airport, breakfast was lovely the staff friendly and accommodating. All day complementry coffees was a nice touch. The wheelchair accessible room was comfortable. The airport shuttle was not wheelchair accessible, i had to take a taxi at my own cost. The shuttle staff was useless and spoke no English. We were granted late check-out at 12.00 noon however the door was locked at 11.00am. The female receptionist badly needs to be trained in hospitality.
