The hotel staff were very helpful, especially with a late-night check-in. The hotel is close to Las Olas Blvd for easy access to restaurants, shopping and the Riverwalk.

One week stay. The staff here are top notch: always sincere with genuine care for guests. They can make restaurant recommendations, are extremely responsive to questions/needs, and the front desk can even provide ASL. During a surprise rainstorm they loaned umbrellas to us and other guests. Cleaners are extremely courteous and kind and they do a great job of straightening up during extended stays. Breakfast goes above & beyond expectations with lots of options; the breakfast area is very clean. Pool is exceptionally clean as are the restrooms outside of the room. A couple of VERY mild concerns that have NOTHING to do with the staff: Not enough hooks for wet bath towels or bathing suits in bathroom; If your room faces S. Federal Hwy be prepared to hear lots of engine revving and loud motorcycles well into early AM (even during the week so pack some earplugs); bed pillows immediately and completely flatten once laid upon (we did not request addl pillows); The rooms do not have safes, but we were confident that our belongings were safe. This property is highly recommended!

There was no safe in my room, but the staff at the front desk is always accommodating. Parking is a little expensive but it was only for one night. Great area, walking distance to Las Olas and many stores and restaurants,

Parking is a bit confusing, but overall it met my needs for a quick oversight stay. On my way out, the desk person was helpful in getting me a cup of coffee when the carafes were all empty

Room was a little small; shower had low water pressure; the included breakfast was lackluster. Still, a new-ish feeling property, very bright and clean, comfortable enough for an overnight stay.

Extremely overpriced regular hotel. Lacking service, no proper housekeeping, bad breakfast. The hotel would be fine for a third of the cost. Would not stay again…

The staff at front desk were very nice, friendly Breakfast there for few days may be good but i spent a month. EGGS OMG THE WORST..think they were a mix of chemiicals out of space with bad after taste. Need a new toaster and never any fruit. Investigate those eggs fast..big issue .can get a good breakfast on Las olas .had to stick with bagel & cream cheese HOW can you mess up eggs but dont think they are real eggs

Nice hotel with great front desk staff
Enjoyed my 7 night stay here. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the hotel location is conveniently located right off of Las Olas Blvd.

The reason I did not give 5 star is that the property is not quite enough. Haway talking, ambulances from auto side and dropping items from upstairs are easily heard and interior your sleep.

Perfect location to key venues and great dining just 2 blocks away. The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The room was nice. A couple area could be improved. It only had 1 washer and dryer for the entire hotel and it was as far from the elevator as you could get. The laundry room needs a chair or two and a hanger rod. This would make it more useable. The breakfast was ok but was lacking , the waffle machine was broken for 2 weeks. The sitting area in the lobby was small and there was no place for a group to gather and talk. Except for the breakfast area that was completely public. They wanted 300.00 just to use a meeting room for an hour. Our group already had 5-7 rooms rented. Luckily I got a suite with a couch that we used. Not sure I would stay again for 2 weeks if I found a better option but I wouldn’t rule it out either, especially if only a day or two.

Our check in was seamless. The young lady at the front desk was courteous and friendly. Our suite was very clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. We only stayed for one night so unfortunately weren’t able to enjoy most of the amenities the hotel offers.
