Overall the property was nice and convenient and close to Wawa gas station which has a lot of food and drinks. The room appeared nice and clean and well presented. But soon after settling in, I saw a roach in the kitchen area and then small bugs on the floor. And one in the bed. I really wanted to like this property but will probably avoid due to this. Also, walls are very thin and you hear the activity in adjacent rooms. The staff were very pleasant and helpful however.

The room was littered with dead cockroaches, and throughout our stay, I saw a bunch of live cockroaches traversing all over the room. The water when it initially came out of the faucet, was yellow in color, the fridge had rust, and it was broken, the bathroom did not have a shower curtain and I had to go request one. It seems that this is become more of an apartment for a lot of guest versus an actual hotel for others. The hallways smelled like stale, smoke and grime. On our first night there, the fire alarm went off at 12:46 AM and everyone had to evacuate the building until the fire department came and turned off the fire alarm with the master key. We were finally able to go back to sleep close to 1:20 AM. There is no front staff available at any point in time. The list goes on.

I woke to the feeling that something bit me a few times and assumed it was a spider. I couldn't even tell where the front door was, I thought I was at the back of the building. The whole place smelled weird. It felt unclean from the moment I walked in. I'd rather spend more somewhere else than go back here.

We arrived and waited at an empty front desk for 20 minutes until someone showed up she gave us our keys we walked to our room to check in and it was gross bed slept in garbage everywhere it was terrible. we went back to the front desk they gave us a new key after making us wait 10 more minutes we got to this room it was cleaner but sticky floor nasty fridge only 2 very flat pillows. I would not recommend this.

The room was in poor condition, there was several dead cockroaches on the shelves, in the microwave, in the fridge as well as several live ones that we had to get rid of. The floor was really sticky and we didn’t even feel comfortable even using the appliances. I for sure would have not stayed here if we didn’t get here as late in the day as we did. I feel the price was really high due to the quality and cleanliness.

The room was Ok.. just to sleep, shower and get out for the day. Not a room to relax and stay inside all day. There was wear and tear on things around the room, including the kitchen but we didn’t have use for the kitchen. We were there mainly to sleep. The pillows were small, the blanket was just a sheet. The air-conditioned worked but it made loud noises. The room smelled slightly like mildew. The front desk was closed when we got there at 1am so we had to use the phone in the lobby to call an agent who came down to check us in. She was quick and great.

Well when I got off the elevator on my floor it smelled weird down the whole hall, in the room you can only have 2 pillows no more they said even though we’re 2 guess. And if you walk around the room barefoot your feet will be so dirty to the point it’s nasty you have to go wash your feet!!!! I’m disappointed

The staff was excellent. I knew from the pics that the room was very basic "bare bones," but I was very disappointed to find it did not even have plates, eating utensils, or a coffee maker, which I (mistakenly) assumed every "extended stay" has. This brand is named wrong "Extended Stay Select" should say "Extended Stay (VERY) Basic." I read a lot of reviews about roaches and noise, but I did not see any insects or hear any loud noise at all. Again the staff was super friendly. Oh... and I suspect this hotel is owned by some Trumpers because - mysteriously - the ONLY news channel that worked was Fox News. CNN and MSNBS were the only channels that showed on the channel guide but came up as blank screens. Good thing I have Xfinity to Go.

Checked in at 8:30 PM and nobody was at the counter. Had to call for service and then wait a while to get checked in. Room was pretty dirty, food on the floor, and hair in the shower.

I was expecting a clean room with proper lighting, but the dim hallways and no frills room is far below what you would expect. It looked like a converted apartment building. I would not stay here again. The AC didn't work in the room and it was basically hot air circulating in the room. We had to wait a few minutes to check in because there seems to be only 1 person working. We tried to check out the next morning at just before 10am and there was no one at the desk. We had to call and was told to leave the key cards in our room. Overall, I did not get good vibes.
