The pool was absolutely disgusting. The bottom of it was black and dirty. Also our room wasn’t very clean as it had what looked like used towels in the bathroom. Overall a very disappointing experience with this trip.

This is a beautiful property, very well maintained and managed. The staff was wonderful. Facilities were well maintained. My only issue was not having a microwave in the room. They also did not have a coffee/tea station for guests to enjoy. I would think for the amount of money you spend on a room, it's the least they could do. It's the decent thing to do. And since I had to buy my own coffee at 10pm, I couldn't even warm up whatever I had because there were no microwaves in the room. So continental breakfast, but also no coffee/tea station and no microwave. How can you be comfortable away from home. It's small things, but they mean a lot to someone when they are away from home.
