I rebooked this place because the first time actually wasn’t bad. The second time I thought I would have received the same results/cleanliness but it wasn’t… room was not cleaned by any means. Won’t do it again here when I come back.

The hotel room was near the front desk/dining area, there was constant noise, the bathroom was dirty, front desk staff were having their own personal conversation and didn't appear to want to stop to check us in. No welcome, no smiles. Would not recommend this property.

Hall ways and rooms were smellly. Toiet leaked. Hot water took several minutes before coming from the shower. Breakfast was limited and unappetizing. There was construction happening in the hall ways for 5 of 7 days of our stay. Spray painting at my door prevented me from getting to the elevator to leave the room. I had to use the stairs several times to avoid workmen and due to how slow the elevator was. Room phone did not work so i called directly for new towels, i was told to come to the frontdesk with the old ones. Just overall poor hospitality.

The property was very clean. It was a good room. I will definitely stay at the comfort again maybe not this location. the staff was rude, they told me I was smoking on the property and locked me out of my room and when I asked what was going on, they said one of the housekeepers thought they smelled smoke and wasn’t sure where it was coming from I was very disappointed. also no one came to service the room to bring clean towels or anything when I left for breakfast on the checkout day and came back at 9 AM. A housekeeper was already turning my room when I had not yet checked out. I am so glad I removed my belongings that morning. I was very disappointed in the staff at this property. The hotel itself was amazing.

Todo estuvo excelente, la atención muy buena. Están realizando remodelaciones en la propiedad pero eso no interfiere con los espacios o afecta con respecto al ruido. Lo único que mejoraría sería el desayuno, que coloquen más opciones.

1. En la habitación se paseaban cucarachas.
2. El hotel durante mi estadía se encontraba pintando su interior por lo que no lo sentía agradable.
3. Ahora todos los paquetes que recibes a tu nombre de Amazon o de cualquier otra plataforma te cobran 5 dólares por cada uno cuando antes era free para el cliente.
4. El desayuno muy poco nutritivo.
5. Las camas si eran confortables.
En general un hotel bastante regular pero si lo necesitas solo para descansar unas horas y si consigues un buen precio estaría bien sino busca otra alternativa.

Didn’t like being awake at 7 am after a late check-in, for an apparent leak from the floors above. There is no floor above we are the floor above! And there was no sign of leak!

Too many trucks are parked on the property. Foyer is not impressive. Front desk personnels do not represent well. Doesn’t look business like. Roaches were found in the room. I reported it to front desk. Did not receive good feedback. I mentioned that due to housekeeping not taking out the trash each day that causes bugs and roaches. She mentioned about Covid. Nothing to do with cleanliness. I also mentioned exterminator. Nothing said.

We do have pest control service on the property on a weekly basis. As for trash, we do not go to the guest room to collect the trash, but we do pick up all trash that is left outside the door and replace bags accordingly. I will work with the staff on proactive communication regarding guest requests.
I really need to leave a review about my disappointment with this booking. This property should not be available for bookings. It needs to close for major renovations to be done and customers should be inforned before booking that the property is under renovations. The property is dusty and the scent from the joint compound they are replastering the wall is very unpleasant. Because of this I had suffered with by sinus my entire stay. The staff's response to concerns is nonchalant and prescripted. In addition, I discovered on my last restless night that my room had a family of roaches.

We checked in to the property and was doubled charged resulting in a 4 day hold on my card. We never received maid services throughout our 3 night stay. The front desk staff was not very professional having their personal calls on speaker phone while serving us. There was one lady who recommended a nice lounge to us as we were celebrating a birthday. The room needed maintenance desperately and the noise from the highway made it really hard to have a sound nights rest. Not to mention the phone rang every hour between 1am and 5am. I literally had to unplug it. I’m happy to see renovations happening at your property it’s definitely needed.

This seemed like an old property, with banged up doors, cracks in the walls, and it had a bad painting job. There was a dead gecko under our fold out bed, and hair in the bathrooms. The room was nice and big, and the linens were clean.

Good place to stay. Breakfast was good - egg omelets, sausage, cereal, muffins, yogurt and more. Hallway rug needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. Weather was too. Weather was cool and rainy so we didn’t get to use the pool or tub unfortunately. Shampoo was empty when we went to use it! No microwave in the room. No spare roll of toilet paper. Minor inconvenience but factored into my rating.
