The interior design was unique, pleasant and above average.

I loved the classiness of this hotel. The inside has been redone to look like a beautiful 1920's style hotel, as it used to be. The staff was very friendly and check in and out was quick.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Retlaw. It's a beautiful, historic hotel, and our room was very comfortable. If in Fond du Lac again I would certainly look at staying there again.

This was a nicely restored historic hotel. A parking ramp is attached so parking is easy. There is a restaurant in the hotel which was really good. Great cocktails too! Tried to visit the coffee shop in the morning but the worker was out delivering coffee to someone. I didn’t wait so can’t comment on the quality. I thought the room could have been a little cleaner. There was a stain on the rug and the mirrors didn’t look like they had been cleaned. Other than that the furniture was nice and bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Only thing I don’t love is that shower only has a rain shower head. Difficult if you don’t want to get your hair wet and when you do want to wash your hair it’s chilly because you have to stand out of the way of the shower head and then there’s no warm water running over you. First world problems. 😉

I don’t know why the retlaw or FDL doesn’t get the love that it deserves but this hotel was perfect for our staycation. The staff working on NYE were very nice and helpful. The area is walkable with multiple restaurants and bars to visit. The hotel was clean, updated and the rooms were spacious. Very nice bar and restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was on the small side. It’s a little dark, as there are only the two lamps, one on each side of the bed. There was no dresser to put my clothes in. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. There’s plenty of parking in the attached garage. I will definitely stay there again on the future.

My husband and I came to see a Packers game and needed a more affordable place than what was offered in Green Bay. Hotel Retlaw was an amazing choice. The beds are do comfortable and the shower was hot with great pressures. Etta at the front desk gave us advice to try the Sweet & Salty Pig for breakfast the next morning. The lobby was all decorated for Christmas and it was stunning. Highly recommend

Hard to adjust temp. Welcome letter would be more helpful if it told how to get from garage into hotel, and how to get TV to pivot away from bed. Bath floor is shiny marble and housekeeping took bath mat and did not replace for second night.
