Overall great but not quiet. I knew the people that were staying directly above me and I could hear their coffee percolator in the morning. This surprised me for a newer hotel.

I was disappointed when i tried to check in. No one was at the desk, there was no bell to ring to get service, and i waited a few minutes. When no one showed up, i went outside and waited in my car for about 15 minutes. When i went back in, there was still no one there. I decided to call the hotel from inside the lobby, and as i dialed, someone came to check me in. I liked the clean, new rooms, and the hot beeakfast. I enjoyed one evening hanging out in the pool. I will give them another try!

Can't go wrong with Holiday Inn. The only issue is with the room we were staying in had some outlets not working, including the USB ones (i.e. it is very loose when you try plugging into them)

I wish there would have been napkins or utensils to use after the breakfast for delivery meals since there was no restaurant on premises. Wish there would have been a hot top. otherwise it was comfortable.

Awesome weekend
The staff was very nice and pleasant. Our room was so amazing. So big and just beautiful. The hotel was so quiet. The breakfast was so good and so much to choice from. Very clean.

Very new. So nice and clean. The parking is kinda strange. There are no spots in front so you have to park on the side of the building then walk around front when checking it. The staff was nice when checking in.

We're in our sixties. Checked in for two rooms one for us and the other for our daughter and her family. Children 18 months and 7. Clerk said the kids couldn't stay in a room by themselves? Then had me sign a document stating I understood quiet time is after 10 pm. There were kids sports teams staying there. I don't think we were the problem. They had soda for sale at front desk and milk in the breakfast area but wouldn't sell us a small cartoon of milk for the 18 mo old. Just a very unprofessional staff.

staff was great, when we walked into the room it was 80degrees, we had tried to turn the air on to cool it down a little but it was not working properly, it would run for 5mins then squeal and turn off an on. by morning we were able to get it down to 73,. rough night sleep was just to warm.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable but the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel had overly strict rules and my boys (14 & 15) were chased down in the parking lot to be sure an adult was waiting for them in the lobby. I have really good kids and we would have been fined if they went to the lobby alone to make a hot chocolate. Overall, our stay was fine, we just didn't sleep well due to the hard beds.
