The air conditioning unit kept making noises throughout the day and night and it was very annoying. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Overpriced for what you get
while the hotel was in great condition, and the amenities were clean, there are not that many things to do in the winter at this hotel added to that fact that breakfast is not complementary, and there is no hot tub and the spa cost money as well I would say that this hotel is a very nice place to stay but overpriced for what you get. I’m surprised that there are not more free amenities at this price point

Overall stay was great, but my bathroom could have been cleaner. I bought some cleaning products and cleaned for myself. The floor around the toilet was really dirty with black dirt on the paper towel. The dirt wasn’t visible at first, but after wiping it made me question the real cleanliness of the room.

Upon checking into the property, I was asked if I wanted my room cleaned daily and I replied yes. My stay was from Thursday at check in until Sunday at check out. I never received clean towel and I had to get them before returning to my hotel room at end of day. Never received a clean bed. Every night when I returned to my room, the bed was as I left it. Other than these two small disappointments, I like everything about the hotel.

Everything about the Sheraton was wonderful except the room we were in was next to the elevator (which is not a problem in itself) but the elevators made a loud popping sound anytime someone was using it. Other than that, absolutely would stay there again!

This Sheraton staff, in ALL areas, are the best at making you feel important, welcomed, and like you’re at home. It’s a great resort to stay at with all the amenities that you would need in a hotel as well.

The two ladies at the desk upon check-in were very welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. The room was immaculate. The best part was the lazy river. We will be back.

Everything seem be all good. The bathtub need slip resistant pads down to keep someone from falling in the shower tub. They need a microwave in the room. They need more stuff at peek times at roof top bar and at bar out at pools. They will need clean pool and lazy river. Also, remove pine straw and put down river rock to help keep lazy river cleaner. The bed was excellent. Best thing they did was blue wrist band which allow you in you room without a key and out to pool and lazy river.

Arrived for 4pm check in room was not ready until almost 5pm. Bar staff gave my card to someone else took over an hour to get it back. Manager said food serci e manager would call me. Never recevied a call back.

Perfect for couples or business.
Place was immaculate. Modern. Clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Lively atmosphere inside, yet peaceful outside in pool/lazy river area. Rooms were very quiet, spacious, comfortable, and very nice. Will stay here for the foreseeable future for business trips.

Everything was awesome. I treated my husband to a mini vacation. This hotel has it all from a pool side party to a relaxing evening with a massage to a relaxing romantic night on the rooftop.
