The rooms were quiet and you could hardly tell anyone else was in the hotel. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was great!

The property was cleaner than most hotels I’ve stayed at. Conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The staff was very polite. The parking was small though. The hotel has a quiet time between 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. However, maybe the quiet time should be earlier that 11:00 pm. Kids were running in the halls and loud, causing my wife and I not to get much sleep. I wanted to say something to the personal, but they weren’t at the desk when we departed.

May just be the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at. The price is incredible for what you get. Having an in room kitchen is awesome. The laundry, gym, pool.. everything is clean and in wonderful condition. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay here! Friendly staff, , nice rooms, cozy beds and hot coffee always ready to go. The breakfast was pretty good too. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic and your staff was so friendly. Something that I didn't like is that the sink is on the outside of where the shower is and there is no door for privacy. So, when getting ready for work I will need to shower and shave the night before so I don't wake the other guests in my room.

The hotel is average but the staff rocks.
The hotel is fine, in need of a little updating but nothing serious. I do need to shout out the front desk and maintenance staff. They noticed before I did that the EV charger was smoking and turned the power off before it could damage my vehicle.

Nice hotel and great value for price. Friendly staff. Only possible negative is air traffic pretty close if that bothers you. Wasn’t an issue for me as I was up early.

Overall clean facility. Great breakfast. Kids loved the pool and it was clean. Only complaint would be the thermostat in the room. We couldn’t sleep because it got so hot in the room 77 degrees! We called maintenance at 2am and they said not much they could do because the thermostat detects when it’s cold outside. That seemed pretty inaccurate since my husband is a platinum elite member and has stayed in ihg hotels for work every other day. Usually you can turn the heat or ac on. We could do neither and it was too hot and stuffy to sleep. If it weren’t for that I would have given all five stars. The lack of help with the issue left us feeling poorly about the facility and tired the next day.

One of only two stays with EV charging available on site, so that was a plus for us. Check in/out process was a breeze. Room equipped with a kitchenette, that was helpful. However our room seemed to be missing all its glasses so we had to get some from downstairs. An actual seating area with couch and chair was nice. More tables nearby for placing drinks would have been nice though. There were padded ottomans, but you cant safely set a drink on that. Only one bedside table between the beds as well. I am a firm believer in a table at either side. The shower was lackluster. The curtain barely spanned the length and we never could get it to fully switch to just shower. The spout kept pouring as if we were filling the tub, while showering. The breakfast was basically as one would expect: not just bagels and doughnuts but not fabulous either. Eggs and sausage , actually warm! And a yogurt bar, I am not sure how I feel about. Rather than individual cups of yogurt, they had a large bin to scoop from and some toppings. Would have preferred fresh fruit as opposed to frozen now thawed blueberries. But overall, not bad. I am just being nitpicky for those who like such details. Nicely kept place though and everyone on staff was kind and professional at every encounter.

This was overall a very nice hotel and my only complaint is that these rooms are labeled as a suite, and they do have everything that a typical suite would have, however it was still all one room, when we've stayed in "suites"in the past, usually the couch/pullout bed is in a different separate section of the room. In addition to that the bathroom is split up so the shower is in a separate room, it was tiny and there was no fan, in addition to that the sink and mirror part of the bathroom were within sight of the rest of the room. So there was basically nowhere to change clothes if someone was in the shower or on the toilet. So my 16-year-old son had to turn around or leave the room in order for me to change while my daughter was in the shower. I probably would not choose to stay at this hotel again due to the inconvenience of that.
