We loved everything but the pillows. They were too thick to sleep on comfortably, to the point we went and bought some at kohls to sleep better the second night. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

The room and great, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Would love to have been able to eat at a buffet. I was told they dodnt have it any longer so has ro eat else where.

We always stay at Holiday Inn Express when we are traveling cross crountry. The indoor swimming pool is a nice relax time after a long travel day.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you can’t take a shower because the water is so cold you’ll get pneumonia and you can’t use the restroom in your hotel room, so you have to run a mile and hope you don’t have an emergency because the toilet won’t flush in your room. That’s proper necessities you NEED for your customers to have a pleasant stay. Was comp. A free breakfast but that does not justify having to stay in a room with no hot water and no bathroom. Would really like to speak to a manager regarding these issues, I tried at the front desk at checkout and also tried to call at the front desk to speak to a manager was never told I could speak to any of the managing staff. I understand being busy, but that doesn’t explain why we had NO hot water or the bathroom not working… that’s maintenance, and to pay 300 for a room?? Something just doesn’t seem right here.

It was very nice only down all I had was didn't say we had internet in the room or didn't have a microwave. Other than that I love it in the hotel. Say that I supposed to get $11 and some change back and I should check with you guys. Expedia

The fridge didn't work we got that fixed then the TV was broke after we put all our stuff away so we moved rooms. I used my rewards card for the match of up to 300 in loses in the casino joined Boyd rewards used my card but it must not have been in all the way or something I spent 400 dollars and only received credit for 87 of them. It was my mom's birthday we went to dinner it was overly priced and not good at all very disappointed. The trip was not what I envisioned when I spent well over 700 dollars on the trip.

I had to switch rooms because the air didn’t work , they want me to wait on maintenance but I’m not here to wait on them the room should of been checked before check in , still lost an hour packing and moving but the room was to way to hot to sleep in.

The casino had mostly older machines. Our room looked over the roof. In order to use our credit card in the vending machine, it required a $50 deposit. We wanted to buy a bag of chips. Not giving them $50 for that.

Hello, sorry for any confusion but our vending machines do not charge a 50 deposit, when you swipe your card, and it shows credit 50 it means it will allow you to charge up to 50 in the vending machine. Once you make your selection that total is all that hits your credit card. We hope to see you again in the future for the opportunity for a better stay.
Hotel was good and clean. Bed had a broken spring at the bottom but did not effect sleeping. The casino floor was the problem. It was dirty, smoky, and multiple games were out of service. No video blackjack or poker. Limited table games, and overall poor gambling experience.

Room had a refrigerator, but no microwave. The shower ran for 5 minutes and never got hot.

Great property. Great food, comfortable bed.
The ONLY negative is that if you are coming from the northwest of Florence, the only way to get there is narrow country lanes…. Would never attempt it in the dark if you are unfamiliar with area.
