I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt like I got a real Italian experience staying here. It was cozy and the bed was super comfortable. I did have some issues with the wifi at times but other than that everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Really dont think that the room matched the pictures on Expedia. The shower cubicle could do with a good cleaning to remove the mould. Bedframe was falling apart and the mattress didn't fit the frame. We found the room to be too cramped. Very outdated. Only positive was location with proximity to trams, attractions and shops and in a good area.

Very simple accommodation, but perfect for what we needed in Florence. Easy walking to city center. We rented a car & we were able to find street parking very easily. Quiet neighborhood.

The room is okay, clean, you get what you pay for, this is no 5 star hotel. Its close to the tram or 15min walk from downtown. If youre a light sleeper , even the best earplugs wont cover all the noise of people, doors slamming from the lobby area. So room 1, 2 and 3, forget your sleep after 7-7:30

We stayed for two nights. Nice room, small but clean shared bathroom (the costlier rooms have attached en suites from what we saw). Tea bags and hot water accessible at any time, but coffee was only offered once. Property is pretty far out of town, but at least has a tram stop very close by. All said, for the very cheap price we paid for our visit, it was satisfactory.

It was amazing in room 4 - because there was a cooker for like making eggs or coffee if you had a pan or a mocha master, but I didn’t so I had to invest in one and knives and forks and cup and plate… But I really like the place very central and easy to get there and convenient:-)

Fine stay
Generally a fine stay, we had some issues at check in, as we had to call someone to come check in, which we only found out by asking some of the guests of the hotel. One or two days before our arrival B&B cassia sent an email informing that they had moved us to their other hotel, B&B Peterson. They seemed rather similar. Given the price, we had no complaints. They had a common fridge, microwave and coffee machine. We had a private bathroom and shower, which was great.

Not good, not terrible.
When I was booking the hotel, the shower was included in the room description, but we found only a sink in the room. We witnessed violence against women in the room next to us, I was asked to call the police by the girl, later I also notified the owners but they seemed not happy about the police visit and also they were laughing of our concerns of our own safety.

Hello, It is stated in the advertised page that the room has shared bathroom and the shower is in the bathroom and not in the room. We have cameras inside the common areas of b&b for clients' safety and we saw that the couple argued but no-one was beaten. In front of police we asked the couple to leave the b&b for others' quiet and police told us that we were not obliged to do so.

Very CLEAN!
Convenient to city center with close tram stop. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very conscientious staff doing thorough clean each day. Price is right if you don’t mind carrying luggage up 3 flights. B&B signs say 2nd floor which is actually up 3 flights. No elevator.

Good Place for couples & families
Room was good. Clean, Silent & comfortable. Some more things to be add in breakfast menu as its only a bun with jam. But overall i recommend this place for families & couples.

I didn’t particularly like the service, my extra towel was removed and my room wasn’t made, their concept of breakfast is an prepackaged croissant or a 3 day old coffee cake. Also it was odd that the city taxes are collected in cash. I was never able to closed the blinds which mean full view of my room from the bruising across the street.

Clean, nicely decorated room with free continental breakfast. A little bit difficult to get in touch with owners before check in but to be fair, they did specify to notify them 24 hours before check in to organize this as there is no front desk, and I missed this part so emailed them a few hours before check in (worked out in the end), the owners are very nice people. Shampoo and body wash provided, pillows were amazing :) about a 30 minute walk to major attractions but lots of things to do and see along the way. Overall a very nice little place for a very very good price, would recommend.

Location is within walking distance to main attractions. Basic breakfast is available to make in the room . There was a coffee maker and small communal refrigerator on the hallway. Would definitely book again!

All you need for 20€
It's 20€ a night for a clean, comfortable room so can't fault it. If you want high end then you have to pay for it, but as a budget option for a couple of nights I would definitely recommend.

The property is right beside the tram stop into town which was great. The room was basic but it did have a private shower room. A bath mat would have gone a long way. The full breakfast as advertised is a basket with a packaged croissant, a packet of melba toast and some jam. Also there was no coffee making facilities in the room. I was really disappointed with this. The room was clean and when you did see any staff they were pleasant.

Homely room with a good location
The room was very cozy with its old furniture, made us feel like home! Location is good, both a tram stop and a bus stop are about 100m from the door and get you to city center in 5-10 minutes. There is also a great restaurant right next door favored by the locals! Hotel was cozy but unfortunately at least our room lacked soundproofing completely. There was no face-to-face service at least during our visit but instead we received the door codes and instructions by phone, which was kind of convenient too. Good place for a budget traveller! Hotel also served a small breakfast basket to the room the day before, containing some croissants, biscuits, jelly and espresso.

Not a bad place to stay if you are getting in late and want to be relatively close to Florence. Everything is walking distance. But, it's a bare bones kind of place and it smelled like ancient, ancient cigarette smoke--even in the pillows--which made it hard to sleep.
