"Loved the property. However, breakfast was really not that good. Cold stale biscuits, cold boiled eggs, dry toast with really no options for jam etc. Quiche was mediocre at best. Was supposed to be a fire in the fire pit but none that night. Overall poor experience. Loved the property though and will give it another try when it is more in season with more people and hopefully better amenities."

"Such a cool place to stay. 15 minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway with beautiful Mountain views from the front porch of my cabin. Each cabin has two rooms but if you’re just renting one, they won’t put strangers next door...so you have the place to yourself. Staff was so nice. I didn’t eat meals there but found it very charming that they serve family style and even ring a bell when it’s time to eat. The whole stay was like taking a step back in time in the best way. I’ll definitely be back."

"This place is great! You would never know you are only 10 minutes or so from a busy town. It’s the best hide-a-way spot right next to the river. We chose a cabin with hot tub and river view. The cabins are unique tiny homes with thoughtful details. Very clean and homey feeling. "This is a new concept. Electronic reservations and check in. The room was well appointed, clean, quiet and close to downtown and well priced. I would stay at Kasa again."
