"We had a balcony or patio but, because of security, we could not use it. COOLING was not permitted as there is a restriction concerning time of year, according to mgr. The shuttle to the airport driver was exceptionally wonderful. Most appreciated! The bottom line, the attendant who checked us in was very helpful. All in all, I would give a six star overall, but because of the ac. and the locked balcony which because we couldn't open, caused no good air circulation to cool the room, although there was a very high slanting window which didn't help. I would totally recommend this place."
