Very central location with a beautiful swimming pool. Staff were brilliant. Highly recommend. property a little tired but relates back to what you pay too.

This is a basic good complex. Rooms were big and had enough cupboard space. Pool at the Mango bar was really loveĺy.

Friendly staff. I wasn't picked up at the airport! No lights on the stairs so unsafe because of uneven surface that I couldn't see in the dark. Could be more cleaner. No floormat on the front of the bathroom so I walked with wet feet to my room.

Nadi bay resort may be budget but the staff are 1st class, they welcomed me like I was family & treated me like royalty. The wonderful ladies there make sure you have a pleasurable stay, nothing is a bother to them, Terry & the entire staff are friendly & will have a chat when time permits, I felt like I was staying with old friends, I can't wait to go back.

HIDDEN GEM IN NADI - ATU AT YOUR SERVICE
Phenomenally nice people especially at the front desk, Atu and Teri both went out of their way. I decided to review the restaurant, Antoinette’s, for my new business, www.blindfoldedgourmet.com mainly due to the warm reception by Lusi. Chef Walo and Ane ensured a world class dining experience! In the lobby, there is a motto: “where guests become friends” or something to that effect. I agree wholeheartedly ❤️

Motel was good!! But they don't stick on the words, when i called up and explained them that my parents are checking in late but they will check out bit later in afternoon.. they said thats fine they will accomodate them for few more hours.. but when they were there said.. you have to check out.. which is not good..if they've told me on the same day.. i would rather book there room for another day... ......DISAPPOINTED.........

+ good location for buses and restaurants + staff are nice - this hotel has seen better days, under previous management - you have to pay for the wifi with bad connection. Mobile data is cheaper but even mobile reception is weak in the room. - the bugs are pretty bad, sadly including bed bugs for me. I regret not spraying my luggage with fly spray when I left.

We arev presently relooking at the Wifi/Internett situation and also on the Bed bugs. We have taken note and once we are informed of Bed bugs we take the room out for 4 days quarantine. Its always hard to keep the bugs out of any hotel as they are known as travelling bugs and can be found in any hotel. Thank you for letting us know of our faults nd will definitely look into them Vinaka

We needed to stay longer in Fiji due to Visa issues, the Hotel was fantastic, and completely flexible, we stayed 4 nights in total. The staff couldn't help enough, especially as we arrived in a state of distress.

Transport not provided for the number of guests, owner rude when trying to resolve, room very run down and dirty, taps in shower and sink constantly leaking and towels not provided.

I sincerely apologise for the behaviour of the Trnsport owner .I spoke to him after I was told by my staff of the incident.As for the the leaking taps and run down of rooms , I am surprised with this.It seems you were booked for Dormitory where towels are not provided. Its also difficult to keep dorm facilities in top shape everytime as its a share facility . However I thank you for bring the problems to my attention but would have been better if you had told us whilst you were with us. Vinaka and look forward to your return.

No pick up from the airport. No apologies. Very run down overall. Room was minimal. Internet was free for only 1/2 hour per day but even that did not work AT ALL for the entire 4 days. There is a new manager who seems to be making attempts to improve.

For the price paid for 4 of us I was very impressed with this property. It looks a little run down but the room was clean and spacious. Our day by the pool was perfect for the kids and as always the Fijian staff were wonderful.

Pretty basic but good price and nice pool area
We were in a family/1 bdr apartment and it was quite dark as the living area only opened to an outside corridor. The main bedroom had a window that didn't open that made the room feel a bit claustrophobic. It was basic facilities for a 1 night stopover before flying out, for this time it was fine but wouldn't stay longer. Having said that, some of the other room types we walked past looked a bit more light and airy so might be better and the pool area was quite nice As it does have a lot of backpackers and younger travellers, it was a bit noisy in the evening but it quietened down at a reasonable hour so didn't affect our sleep. Brekky basic but adequate enough.

Hit and miss, some staff were amazing others much more difficult to deal with. Didn't have room I booked available on first night and the room was far from great. The second and third night in the correct room was much better. Refund difference between the 2 rooms was way off what the real difference in room cost would have been. Food was great well done and lots of it. Bar was well priced and staff in F&B were great. Overall good but a couple of little things let the stay down a bit.

Affordable, convenient location, Windows need opening more frequently as room musty/mouldy. Pool very clean. Not sure if there were pool towels. No one offered. Fijian catering staff very friendly. Reception not as friendly and helpful. I notice the staff at Fijian hotels never give out info. when you arrive about the hotel, transport, surrounds, shops, attractions. Breakfast was sufficient and set up in a nice area. Got hot water in the shower on the third day. Booking site said free airport transfer, but when I asked they said only from airport, not to airport. Well I didn’t get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel cause I came from Suva on the bus, but they still wouldn’t drop me to the airport. There were no blankets in the room and I was cold the first night. I asked for one the second night and they said they don’t have blankets and gave me a quilt. I had bites all under my arm. Not sure if missies or bed bugs. A lady had bed bugs the first night and had to get moved at 1am after taking 2 antihistamines. I don’t think the staff should be drinking kava in the guest area after their shift. It’s a bit unprofessional, but they were very friendly. I would go back for convenience and price.

the room they tried to give me was not the one I chose. they did change it when I complained. the same thing happened last year. I think they try and get rid of the rooms that are not so good first.

The staff are smiling and friendly, the outdoor surrounds are nice, BUT: I arranged in advance for a pickup at the airport, and no one showed up. Several phone calls and 1 1/2 hours later, I finally got a ride. I asked for a wake-up in the morning, and did not get one. There are bedbugs! YUK. Not heaps, I wasn't covered in bites, but I found and killed a few engorged ones in the sheets, so I know they were feeding on me.

Ok between the crappy room and the useless staff, planes flying overhead, dirty showers, metal sticking up, 3 average channels (one of them churchy), not told of lockers, had to empty own bins, no warm water I tried to cancel but couldn't. Then woke up to a man robbing me, he got through on the balcony even though the door was locked. He took my cash and other valuables. This place is not secure do not stay there.

The place was okay. Cleanliness was fine except the sheets and towels were slightly stained. Breakfast was really sad, just toast and cereal and some fruits, with coffee and tea and juice. That's it. You can hear the planes but there aren't many. Free wifi tho you have to re-login every half hour, but at least it's free! Air con was good.

It was very unpleasant. My room was downgraded then moved to a dirty room infested with cockroaches. I hated it. The dining was much better clean environment and the food was quite good. Wouldn't stay here again though

First time I liked the hotel, good value for money. But I think the service is going down. My booking was 'misplaced' hence the right apartment was not reserved despite booking well in advance. Staff seem to exonerate themselves without offering much of a solution. Someone had to step it when I made it clear I am having none of it. Got the we room I had the last time but room was full of dust. I had to drop someone at the airport 6am and my car was blocked, staff simple said the don't know...then who is supposed to know? I try to get my free shuttle as advertised but was told its only from the airport and not to. More like we have got your money so we are done with you. I hire a taxi and get to drop my relative on time. My car was still blocked when I wanted to check out. Seems like no one was doing anything about this all along. Crap

Happy Hour At The Bay.
Older styled Resort but comfy and relaxing. The staff put the Gidday into Bulla. Nothing is a problem and I loved it.The Food at the Resort is O for Awesome!! Happy Hour is long and refreshing.Gotta taste for the Fiji Bitter at the end of the day. Now the Bar Lady is awesome bro and makes some mean as cocktails for the missus that takes your cares away. Bulla Bro.
