A lot of postitives about Manzara hotel, mainly the quiet, good service and the wonderful view, also the room was fantastic and recommend booking the exclusive room, although we had no balcony and on the pictures it seemed like the exclusive room comes with a private outdoor space. We felt looked after by the staff who were working hard to ensure we are comfortable, which was greatly appreciated. One negative, I must say the first day's dinner and breakfast were quite poor and below standard but when we mentioned it to the manager we have seen a big improvement on the same day and going forward. We stayed off season so perhaps in season the kitchen can serve more variety and has scope for better meals, but it was a big plus they took our concerns onboard and fixed the problem quick. Also, off season there was very limited or no scope for ordering food outside of meal times, but we managed to get a load of very good milkshakes. Recommmend, even for those without car as it is very easy to get the buses up and down the mountain, literally there is a bus evey 5 minutes and you can catch it to and from the hotel.

Nice territory and good staff. Alcohol free hotel.
There were several good things in this hotel: The view from the mountain, the woman from reception with English understanding, who changed our room from the pool view to the private balcony one. And the Barmen who was ready to help even at night. The cleaning was approximately at 11 am, and as we were changing our clothes from breakfast to the beach one, they decided not to clean room. The rooms were not new, the walls were damaged and all wooden tables and stools were more “vintage” that it should be. The drinking water was not provided on a daily base, as they say, because of Corona. But you could take it for money on the reception desk. The breakfast was okay. The nature and the garden is perfect in this hotel. All area was well cleaned. PS. This hotel is not only Alcohol Free, they even will not allow you to drink in public area your own bottle of wine! (But Hotels.com fixed that with the coupon for us) When I am writing this review, the information about alcohol ban is not situated on the “about hotel” section.

It was a beautiful location with an infinity pool looking out over the Ölüdeniz Beach. A great buffet breakfast on the terrace with nice view were great also. I must say though, my favorite part was the hospitality of the hosts! We arrived late and they were waiting for us and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you!

This is the BEST hotel in Oludeniz with an EXCEPTIONAL view on the swimming pool and Oludeniz, surrounded by left and right mountains. It is like a piece of heaven with its garden, flowers, swimming pool, amazing home-made bio food (cheese, bread, vegetables, watermelon, etc)! It is also very close to the beach (about 15mn walking or 10mn by public transportation). I specially thank the hotel managers and hosts for their help and generosity! We LOVED it there and we will come back and bring more friends and family members inşallah. Mükemmel! Çok teşekkür ederiz! Birçok kez döneceğiz inşallah :) <3

THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!
I have been to this hotel 2 years ago and had a pleasant experience. However, this time I came here there was no pool and bar area; it had all been ripped out. The owners told us they don't serve lunch and dinner either. It was basically a bedsit! When I booked, it said there was a pool and bar when there wasn't. That's what I was paying for and it wasn't there. The owners are RUDE! They tried to make us pay a extra day for no reason; they also tried to make us miss out flight by telling our driver that we wasn't staying at the hotel. I have no idea how this hotel is still standing. They need to be shut down as they are advertising lies and are extremely rude to their guests. I'll never go here again and ill let everyone to stay away from this nightmare place.

Lovely garden oasis.
The hotel is situated amongst beautiful gardens overlooking Oludeniz bay and the family who run the place are really helpful and lovely people. It was a welcome calm away from the craziness of Ölüdeniz beach. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Mine had a nice balcony, it looked as though all rooms did but I can’t confirm this. They’re simple rooms which could do with a touch up but functional. You can get a Dolmus right outside the hotel to Oludeniz beach front or the other way to Hisaronu, Fethiye, etc. You can walk to Oludeniz in around 20 mins but the road is quite dangerous and the only route in. The route back is a rather strenuous slog uphill. Free parking available on site and in shade so your car will be safe. Turkish breakfast of eggs, salad, meats and cheeses was great plus lots of homemade preserves. If you’re allergic to wasps I’d avoid though as they don’t leave you alone!

Very lovely family hotel
Great hotel with amazing view of the bay. Most rooms, if not all, include a balcony with a view. Being a family run hotel, the staff is wonderful and always willing to help with anything! They do an amazing home-cooked dinner.

Otelin manzarasi cok güzel. Bahcesi cok büyük. Odalar biraz basık tı. Sanirim hava 36 derece onunla ilgisi olabilir. Kahvatisi cok güzeldi. Kahvaltimizda Hakkı bey herkesle tek tek ilgilendi kendisine tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.. Aksam demlik çay gercekten cok ıyidi mutlaka deneyin. Keyifli vakit gecirebileceginiz otellerden biri..

Bu başlığı dememin sebebi otel bu dönem baştan sona yenilenmiş ve bambaşka bir yere dönüşmüş. Bu fiyata daha iyi bir yerde kalmamız imkansız sanırım. Havuz ve odalardaki fayanslar baştan sona yenilenmiş. Oteldeki birçok şey yepyeni ve sıfır durumda. Otel bir aile işletmesi ama gram şüpheniz olmasın inanılmaz ilgililer. Gecenin bir saati güneş yanığı şikayetiyle gittim ve bahçeden aloe vera kopardılar ve sürmeme yardımcı oldular. Gelene kadar ve geldikten sonra hiçbir sorumu ve isteğimi geri çevirmediler teşekkür ediyorum. Otele gelirsek, mükkemmel bir manzarası var.(gerçekten abartmıyorum fotoda görüceksiniz). Botanik bahçe gibi bir bahçesi var ve herşey organik. Kahvaltıda yediğimiz bir çok şey bahçeden. Otelin doğası ve havuzuna hayran kaldım. İki yeşil tepe arasında ölüdenize inen yolda kenarda. Kendi otoparkı var. Otele gelen misafirler sıcak kanlı sakin insanlar. Biz gittiğimizde yabancı turistler de vardı. Son olarak görüşüm bu otel milyoner bir yatırımcının olsa ve bahçe değil de her tarafı son model eşyalar ve betonla kaplasalardı 5 yıldızlı olur ve fiyatları yüz değil binlerden olurdu. Ama inanın bana böylesi çok çok daha iyi. Herşey için çok teşekkürler, çok memnun kaldık.

Ich verstehe gar nicht wie die Kunden das Hotel gut bewerten Dass Zimmer ist mit alten Möbel bestückt und Schimmel war im Bad zu sehen .Dass Doppelbett für zwei Personen ist mega klein .Die Holztür ist so alt und Wackelig das man alles von außen hört .Dass mit dem Rund um die Uhr Check in ist eine große Lüge!! Wie die es selber im Internet angeben haben.Wir müssten 6 Std. im Auto schlafen da erst gegen 12Uhr erst ein Zimmer frei werden soll .Was eine Frechheit und meine Frau war schwanger.Das Hotel sollte mal unter die Lupe genommen werden .Ich habe sowas noch nie in meinem Leben erlebt. Es ist ein Familien geführtes Unternehmen wo man sich kein bischen wohl fühlt Vor der sogenannten „Rezeption“ sitzen sie Tag täglich zusammen samt der Oma Rechtss neben der Rezeption sind sitze, wo die Hotelgäste sich hinsetzten können Was machen die Mitarbeiter ?Natürlich! die schlafen dort!Wohlfühlen?Das müssen sie sich definitiv was anderes suchen!Gebucht was das Hotel für eine Woche wir sind 3 Tage vorher abgereist.Stellen sie sich das mal vor.So schrecklich war es dort.Dass Frühstück war eintönig und essen wie Kartoffel/Wurst wurden nur einmal aufgefüllt.FINGER WEG VON DIESEM HOTEL!

Très belle piscine avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Site incroyable. Bémols: chambre désuète, climatisation déficiente. Divan-lit au lieu du lit simple que nous avions demandé. Salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner envahie d’abeilles et de guêpes. vraiment pas agréable. Le service est cependant très bon!

Otelin adından da belli olduğu gibi gayet güzel manzaraya sahip oda ve kahvaltı bölümü bulunmakta. Personel yardımsever, güler yüzlüydü. Odalar temizdi. Tek sıkıntı ise kahvaltı zamanı açık alana üşüşen arılar olmasıydı. Sonuç olarak kalma süreniz çok kısa ise (1-2 gün) uygun, uzun ise sıkılabileceğiniz bir yer.

Otelin 2019 yenilenmesi çok farklı olmuş. Ölüdeniz manzarasına bakan havuzu ve yemek masaları tamamen sıfırlanmış. Odaları 15-18 m2 civarı. Seramiklerinden dolaplarına duşlarına kadar yenilenmiş. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli kendi bahçesinde yetişen organik ürünlerden... Konumu Ölüdeniz in üst kısmında kalıyor. Bizde araç olduğu için çok sorun olmadı. Araçsız gelecekler için dolmuş gibi ringler var kullanabilirsiniz. Çocuk için mini parkı var. Bizim çocukları havuz ve parktan alamadık (5 ve 2 yaş) Otelin kendine özel otoparkı da var. Park sorununuz olmaz. Odamız her gün temizlendi sorun yaşamadık. Kısacası -bir haftalık tatilimizin daha sonuna gelmemişken bu yorumu yazıyorum- gayet memnun kaldık. Akşam yemegine yorum yapamayacağım çünkü hiç otelde yemedik. Genelde dışarıdaydık çünkü. Tek sıkıntı yaşadığım konu: balkon kapısının kilidini bizden önceki konaklayanlar kırmış, yenilenmesini istedim fakat kilidin anahtarı tarafıma verilmedi. Çok profesyonellik arayanlar tercih etmesin, aile işletmesi-aile oteli, ses gürültü patırtı konakladığım sürece olmaz veya hoş karşılanmaz. Tavsiye ederim ailecek gelecek arkadaşlara. Okumakta fayda var
Otel aile oteli olarak geçiyor, yani bu demektir ki alkollü eğlenceleri unutun burada kalacaksanız. Otelde alkol yasak, tahmin ediyorum ki bazı flörtöz hareketler de pek hoş karşılanmaz burada. Öncelikle sadece konaklamaya gideceğinize emin olunuz. Otel doğayla iç içe, bu hem bir avantaj hem de dezavantaj olabiliyor. Doğayı seviyorsanız, börtü böceğine katlanmak durumunda da kalırsınız haliyle. Odalardan semender(süleymancık) çıkabiliyor, o bölgede yoğundur bunlar. Eğer bu konuyla ilgili bir çekinceniz var ise baştan bilmenizde fayda var. Zira bir odada semender varsa, diğer böceklerle beslendiği için odanızda sinek veya örümcek gibi böceklerin çıkma ihtimali azalıyor. Ama sanırım bunlardan birini seçmek durumundasınız =) zira çalışan personel çok yardımcılar her konuda. Gönül rahatlığıyla her sıkıntınızı aktarabilirsiniz, yardım edeceklerdir. Otelin konumu merkeze araba ile 3-4dk, fakat yürünebilecek bir yol değil. Yani otelden çıkıp merkeze yürünmez, önünden ana cadde geçiyor, dik bir yokuş, geceleri de çok ıssız oluyor. Aracınız varsa daha kolay olacaktır burada konaklamanız. En sevdiğimiz şey ise, kahvaltısı ve restoran manzarası oldu. Otelin böyle bir iddiası yok fakat beklentimizin üzerindeydi yediklerimiz. Fiyat performans olarak o bölgede uygun fiyata kalmak istiyorsanız, aracınız varsa ve börtü böcekten rahatsız olmuyorsanız tavsiye ederim.

Super Aussicht und nette Mitarbeiter
Uns hat das Hotel sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht und die Mitarbeiter waren einfach super. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr nett und höflich. Das Essen hat auch uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt, besser als das draußen in den Restaurants in der Umgebung und der Preis war viel günstiger als in den Restaurants. Hoteli cok begendik. Konumu cok güzeldi Manzarasida calisanlarida cok iyidi. Calisanlar herzaman güler yüzlü ve Kibar davrandilar. Yemeklerin tadida lezzetliydi fiyatlarida iyidi. Disardaki restoranlar daha pagliydi ve yemeklerin tadi hoteldeki kadar güzel degildi. Tesekür ederiz tüm calisanlara ve ayriyetten Berra'ya da tesekür ederiz bizimle ilgilendigi icin.

Otelin malesef görüntüsü dışında pekte güzel olduğunu söyleyemem sabah kalktığımızda sıcak su yoktu arılarla birlikte Ölüdeniz manzalaralı kahvaltı vardı Kahve ikram edeceklerini söyleyip beklettiler kahve 1 saat sonra yeniden farkedilmeyle geldi. Odalar genel anlamda temiz ama yoğun çamaşır suyu kokusu vardı. Odalarda su ikram vs hiçbirşey yoktu.

Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.Kahvaltısı herkesin zevkine uyabilecek kadar yeterli ve iyiydi.Ancak oda için aynı şeyleri söyleyemiyorum.Odamızda sürekli böcek öldürmek zorunda kaldık nerden geldiklerini bilmeyerek ve kocaman bir kertenkeleyle karşılaştık.Odayı değiştirmek istediğimde yine aynı standartlarda düz giriş 2 oda önerildi değiştiremedik,burda yine çalışanlar ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar.Banyolarda el sabunu,şampuan vs yok.Aile oteli olduğu için çok fazla çocuk ve gürültü var.

Das Doppelbett war das kleinste, das wir je in einem Hotel vorgefunden haben. Das angebotene Einzelbett war ein klappbares Schlafsofa. Die Klimaanlage hat auf die Betten, vor allem das Schlafsofa geblasen, so dass wir sie nicht lange laufen lassen konnten, damit sich kein Familienmitglied erkältet. Da das Zimmer auch noch klein war, wurde es schnell heiss. Daher gab es für uns in dieser Nacht keine richtige Ruhe. Am Morgen lief kein Warmwasser, nach unserer Beschwerde kam jemand, um das Problem zu beheben. Doch das Wasser wurde nur kälter, so dass die Kinder ungeduscht weiter mussten. Die Aussicht ist toll, das Frühstück umfangreich, das war es aber auch schon.

Es un hotel pensado para gente local para estar de vacaciones en la playa, está en una ladera de la montaña por lo que no se puede ir andando a ningún sitio, son diferentes casas con habitaciones con muchas escaleras y pasillos exteriores, habitaciones bastante anticuadas. El personal no habla idiomas. Como positivo las vistas son muy buenas.

Konaklamamiz gayet güzel geçti.Guler yüzlü personel ve eşsiz doga manzarası ile parasının karşılığını fazlasıyla aldığımız bir tatil keyfi yaşadık.Alkolsuz bir mekan olması denize yakınlığı ile gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilir.

Güzel manzara, alt yapı problemli
Bu otelin Ölüdeniz 'e bakan manzarası tek kelime ile muhteşem. Oteli çok kısa süre önce satın alan kişiler ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapıyorlar ama otel alt yapısı çok eski. Eğer manzara sizin icin çok onemliyse bu otel mükemmel . Ama odaların durumu o kadar mükemmel değil . Otel cidi bir iyileştirme geçirmeli ve servis personeli özellikle kahvaltı ve aksam yemeği alanında dikkatli secilmeli.

Aileye uygun alkolsüz, havuzsuz ve süper manzara
Aileye çok uygun alkolsüz, havuzsuz ve süper manzara bir hotel. Hotel ağaçların arasında ve içerisi yem yeşil, ölüdenizi tepeden muhteşem görüyor. Çalışanlar ve sahipleri çok iyi insanlar hizmet çok güzel. Fiyatı verilen hizmete ve konumuna göre çok güzel
