Avoid, avoid avoid!
Avoid like the plague, spent an hour last night stood outside trying to check in, took 5 phone calls because they suddenly don't speak English when you need help, then today I find they billed me twice for the room, phoned them and they didn't care less and said it will take a while to issue a refund, Anjali at Hotels.com rang them and got it processed immediately, most unprofessional hotel I have ever booked and certainly did not justify the expensive rate

Da die Ausstattung im Zimmer in schwarz gehalten ist, müsste man mehr Staub wischen inkl. Couch und Bett. Die Musik, die in Dauerschleife auf dem Flur läuft, könnte während der „Nachtruhe“ leiser gemacht werden bzw. ganz ausgestellt werden. Diese nervt irgendwann.
