Staff was exceptional. Very friendly and made the check-in and out easy. The staff spoke to you in passing and took the time to ask if you needed anything. I heard two of the staff having conversations with visitors in the breakfast room just like they had know them all their lives. Breakfast was ok. Pre-made omelets, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, the usual cereal selection, waffles, and toast/bagels. If we are ever in the area we will stay here again. Property conditions and facilities got a slightly lower score only due to the building being an older location but it was clean and that goes a long way.

Comfortable rooms and super friendly staff! The breakfast was decent—fuel for our hike-filled weekend mornings. We also appreciated how close the hotel was located to key New River Gorge hiking locations.

A nice place to stay if you are going to New Gorge National Park (about 10 minutes away). Comfortable and convenient with a reasonable breakfast.

Clean, quaint, seems newly constructed. Comfy bed, SUPER hot water with good pressure, lots of USB plugs for charging, hot breakfast. Very close to a couple great breweries, not far from NRG bridge and tons of hiking options. Would for sure come back!

It’s a nice place if you just need somewhere to stop or you have to be somewhere local. But it’s in the middle of nowhere and the surrounding buildings need work.

This hotel was in an excellent location for us to enjoy New River Gorge National Park. This is an older hotel and has not been updated, but I feel that our room was clean and so was the dining area for free breakfast. The breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect to see New River Gorge National Park, only 4-5 minutes away. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the breakfast was great. I will stay here again in the future.

Stayed for one night on a trip home. While the property is a little older, the room was very clean & comfortable. Bedsheets were clean. Customer service staff were friendly and accommodating even after I arrived late at night. Would recommend to those passing through, as there are not many options in the area. Seems to book up quickly with the National Park nearby.

We stayed here for a weekend. It’s a great price for a decent room. I had no issues. The service was good, the room was fine, could be updated but overall fine. Good value for the money!
