"We use to stay before Covid at the ONE FARRER on several occasions, for up to more than 3 Weeks. This time we booked 12 Nights at the Loft. Check-in and check-out was speedy and good, as always.The replacement of the Restaurant and Bar next to the Lobby was a small disapointment to us. The Loft was always well cleaned by Arul. "Absolitely horrific. Condition of property is nothing like the photos. The most cramped and mouldy bathroom ever. I booked 4 nights and didnt even stay the full first as it was so horrible, and they still wouldnt refund me. Absolute rip off do not spend your money here even if its the last available hotel in existence.
