"The location was good. The listing says " family friendly, a frig and microwave in every room." Not the case at all. The front desk staff were rude. We asked if the maid comes daily, and they said "yes." After 3 days with no maid, they said that you need to put the sign on the door even though we had asked for clean towels and a room clean the day before. When we asked for clean towel, we were told that we could rent a towel."

"Lovely hotel, staff really helpful. Nice pool to sit by. Fabulous roof terrace with great views and well equipped outside seating. Excellent kitchen facilities available in room. Great location Would highly recommend staying here."

"In a great location in Faro, super walkable to the buses, trains & boats. My only comment would be that the beds aren’t the most sturdy I was on the top bunk my first night and if I even moved a smidge the whole bunk moved too. The showers are also mixed but there’s plenty of them just something to keep in mind."

"The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is not far from the city centre (10 min walk), and the airport (12 min drive), which is convenient for an early morning flight. The room was small but well cleaned. We were given a ground-floor room, which was very noisy throughout our stay due to its proximity to the street."

"we checked in late due to our travel plans, only for one night as our flight from Faro was at 06.20 am next day. check in good. bedding clean, beds very hard, air con good, sink blocked in bathroom, ants in room on the luggage shelf, had to move everthing when discovered. As early rise next day went to try and sleep early. but guests were very noisy, around 10.30 to 11. also noise later one around 12.30. Will not use this hotel because of this. Did not use facilities but no water in room, no tea or coffee facilities in room. For price paid would have expected that."

"This hotel will pamper you with personal service. My room happened to have a whirlpool bath and a porch that led directly to the pool. They'll cook practically whatever you desire for breakfast. And the staff knew where the best spots were to find street parking, which can be an issue in the area. The hotel is within easy walking distance of everything you'd want to see in Faro. The only two small criticisms I might have: most hotels of this caliber will leave a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room, but here they charge 2.50 euros for a 33cl bottle in the fridge. Fortunately, a block down the street you can buy a 50cl bottle for 50 cents. Also, in some future renovation, they might replace the twenty-something inch TV on the wall with a bigger one (they're not that expensive these days)."
