Very noisy in the halls at night Trash on floors and hallways Staff was very nice and helpful Just needed someone to walkthrough the common areas to pick up random trash that was there when we arrived Friday and still there Sunday

This Westin was cheap for a reason, but here is the Pros/Cons Pros: -Price(Compared to surrounding hotels) -Location (Right by where we wanted to be) -Amazing Friendly Staff Cons: -Elevators are tiny, barely fit 2 adults n a stroller plus luggage -Rooms outdated -2 out of 10 power outlets worked -Hot water in shower doesn’t last long before it gets cold -Toilet barely flushed -Room close to the elevator can hear everytime someone arrives -Walls are too thin, if there is a large group of people at the time of stay, you will here everything from conversation to doors opening and closing -Coffee maker was never cleaned properly, everytime I run through it, old ground would come out. -Parking is a little confusing I made the mistake of comparing our Westin (which is up to date and very nice to) to this Westin location

Convenient location. Well appointed gym. Nice bartender and bar snacks. There was a very off-putting stain on the carpet in the room, the toilet didn't flush easily and we didn't have any wash cloths.

I asked for quite room and not too far because I have back problem and she put me in the farst room at the end of the hallway and by the highway I couldn’t sleep and I have next day flight room 650 will never forget

We went through 2 rooms in our first hour there. First room my son flushed liquid and the toilet just overflowed and overflowed. I had to walk through the flood just to turn off the water valve. They moved us to another room which had no working Television. We watched the engineer try to fix it for a half an hour and he said we should change rooms again because he could not fix it. Third time was a charm. Working toilets and TV. Beds were comfortable. Wish they could have got it right the first time. Really annoyed I was changed $10 for parking after all I went through.
