Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay. Just wish there was a mirror other than the bathroom one in the room. And the water pressure in the shower could’ve been better…. Also, the main entrance was a little hidden and we ended up going directly to parking and then walking around in circles… They should have sign with arrows showing how to get to the hotel from parking..

The hotel was great and the room also. Very friendly staff. Price of the room was good also. We got there late check in and ate at the hotel restaurant. Very pricey and small portions. Breakfast just one day because of the price. We drove 5 minutes to get another place to eat. Other then the hotel restaurant price, everything was very good.

Walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin. Could clearly hear person going to the bathroom above, quite disturbing. Hallway was extremely noisy like there was a party room close to my room.

The entire hotel looked as if it were brand new inside and out. You could have eaten off the floor, furniture, counters, and parking lot! Internal detail was in outstanding taste, very elegant and grand without being ostentatious or gaudy. Our room was immaculate and beautiful in every way. Every detail was considered, as far as we could see. My major complaint was that the sit down and served food for the party was really terrible. Even if it was a lower priced meal: beef was dry and overcooked with a mundane gravy and chicken was undercooked still on the bone vs fileted breasts. I ended up switching to the fish, which was above average, but still head and shoulders above the disgusting beef and chicken. Having been an educated chef and restaurant manager in a past life, I would have been too embarrassed to let any of it leave the kitchen. I think the beef had ONE spear of asparagus and the chicken had 2-3 long and grossly wilted broccoli stems with a little bit of floret at the top. This meal was served to an enormous practice of world class cardiac surgeons, top executives, and highly dedicated/educated PAs, NPs, Med Techs, etc. I would be surprised if they considered this hotel again for their next party. Additionally, it took forever to serve the food and it was not hot by the time it reached our table.

What’s not to love about this Marriott? Over the years this hotel has not ceased to impress especially with the latest lobby and elevator updates. Undoubtedly one of the best in the area. Easy 5 stars.

Overall a nice hotel but I think customer service can be much better. There was a shooting in the hotel. We were blocked from using the elevators. No one would tell us what was going on. One guy after asking multiple times just said elevators weren’t working and took us up to our room in a freight elevator. Thanks to the internet I was able to find out what happened. We should have been notified and given us the option if we wanted to continue our stay there.
