The room was newly remodeled and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly & kind. The location is a little isolated from anything but perfect for our needs for the night. I would stay again if needed.

Other than the room smelling very musty, everything looked very updated and functioned well. Very good value for the room. Wished the restaurant served breakfast. Better than any other lodging in the immediate area by far.

We only stayed there to sleep after a show at Pala Casino and left first thing in the morning. The room was very very clean, bed super comfortable. We checked in late at night, staff was friendly. Check in and check out very fast and efficient.

Tje rooms on top of the hill gave such an amazing view. The restaurant view was amazing as well.

Person checkin in stated he was new and he seemed “LOST” took longer than it should of. Also when checking out stood in the lobby for significant time until someone walked by. Otherwise very restful sleep with beautiful grounds

Unbelievably brutal and rigid check-in policy. We wanted an early check-in - perhaps 2:30 PM because we were attending a wedding reception at 3:30 PM. We were told that we could check-in at 3:00 but anytime earlier including 2:30 would cost an additional $65.00. Hotel was desolate - at least it appeared so from the parking lots. Absolutely inflexible.

Was not impressed with room
Traveled to visit family. Spent last 2 days in resort. Accommodations fell below expectations. Eall paoer was peeling from wall in area with the bed. I wanted a room change once I entered but I was too tired to return to check in area and it was only a 2 night stay. Wasn't best value for the money.
