I've filed a claim (which Expedia is looking into now) because I had a reservation for two rooms, but upon checking in the front desk said I only booked one through Expedia and made me book an additional room. They are now trying to charge me for three! This hotel was, in a word: disgusting. My room smelled like mildew and cat urine and my daughter's room had a gaping hole in the wall (cleverly hidden behind a chair) and mold all over the bathroom. There was nothing 'quality' about this Quality Inn.
I arrived late, after midnight, but the front desk attendant was right there ready to help me get checked in. Even though I had to park in the back and walk around to the front, the parking lot felt safe. The room and bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the noise was minimal. Overall, a really nice stay.

A great value for the money. Rooms large and comfortable. Staff friendly and attentive. Nice complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay here again when passing through the area.

I reserved a room with a king - upon check-in, I was first given a king, and then as I walked away from the desk I was called back to be told that the room was already occupied and that there were no more king rooms left. I was given a double and no compensation for the downgrade.

Convenient location and accessible dining options within walking distance. Rooms were fairly clean and we had clean towels. However, breakfast was a mess at 8am. Food not hot, ran out of OJ, didn’t have many choices, and the workers did not seem very eager to help.
Clean room, comfortable bed, and amazingly friendly staff! Affordable as well! This is a wonderful choice for an overnight stop to break up a long road trip.
I was looking for a clean room with a comfortable bed. I got both plus a super friendly staff. This has been a great and affordable place for us to stop and break up our road trip from N.C. to Buffalo, NY.

Access to highway was great. Building is old a tired does not look updated since original build. Non smoking room smells as if it was a smoking room. Cable not working. Breakfast was the only reason I chose this motel over the ones across the highway.

The shower sprayed water all over the room including the ceiling. The sink sprayed water instead of coming out in a stream. The internet did not work. The receptionist and breakfast and bed were good!

This hotel while convenient was heavily agreed, the blankets were rough and scratchy and there was a greatly disturbed guest that colored the whole experience. In summary, good if there is nothing else, but vaguely uncomfortable the whole way.

Unfortunately the reviews were good for this property but when we arrived it was very dirty. The outside doors to enter the hotel were not locked so anyone was able to enter. The room had visible dirt and hair left on the carpet. The furniture in the room had large stains. The sheets and comforter was not clean, it had skin, hair, and boogers on it. We ended up only staying one of the two nights we had booked due to the uncleanliness.

The front desk staff person and the breakfast person were wonderful! Very professional, helpful and kind! I really appreciated their service!
The whole property, outside and inside, is old and falling apart. There are stains on every chair I saw and all the carpets. In the first room we had, the fridge wasn't working and the room smelled bad. The front desk person moved us immediately to a nicer room. This room also had a stained chair, carpet threads at the edges and some of the furniture was falling apart.
The bed was really comfy and the linens were soft and fresh smelling.
The breakfast was nice and April was even nicer!
The price was good.

We left NY and needed a place to spend the night before finishing our drive home to NC. Great value, Clean, Friendly Staff. It’s an older place but we weren’t going to a business convention or looking for luxury - just a nice place to stay with friendly and professional staff. We’d stay there again.

The room was very dusty. Didn’t even want to sit anywhere in room. The top on the furniture is the only thing they are cleaning. Side of table have spill stains. Sofa is covered in stains. Even the towels had stained. Stayed for a week and every replacement of towels had stains. Ended buying my own. Beds were never made from house keeper. You hear everything from room next door. Would never go back there.

As usual, Quality Inn provided the most I've seen for the least money consistently. The king rooms are ample enough and come with all expected amenities for a hotel, especially for a hotel in a moderate price range. The breakfast room is very nicely kept and furnished as well as being ample. The included breakfast is both hot and cold. We stay there almost every time we come to WV. Last but definitely not least, the free popcorn in the lobby is a great touch!

With the exception of a couple of things it was a very enjoyable experience . Wi-Fi was unpredictable, sometimes it worked and mostly it did not. Also the hair dryer in the room didn't work. These detracted from the overall enjoyment. However everything else was good including breakfast which included yogurt and lots of bread, eggs and cereal.

This was a nice hotel. Very quiet. On a dead end street. When I am traveling, I look for places that service breakfast so I can hit the road with a full belly. Not the greatest breakfast but not the worst ever. I would stay here again.
