I was impressed by how nice and clean it was. Also plenty of towels, which were great towels, nice lotion and soap. Also the bed was so comfortable i could barely leave it, and lots of pillows. I would rate everything as excellent and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
The commode was so very low to the floor which made it difficult for an elderly person to get up and down. Also too close to the wall. The front desk clerk got a little defensive when I said I would not be getting any incidentals so I would not need to pay the $20 incidental fee. Other staff personnel were pleasant.
Stayed for one night and the room was very clean along with the staff having good customer service when checking-in and checking-out of the hotel. I would stay again!
We had a great stay. We were in town visiting family. The staff allowed us to use the breakfast area for a small bday party for our granddaughter. The staff was great!
Good customer service, quiet room. Room darkening shade was nice. Good breakfast that was open til 10 am, which is nice for those who don’t want to hurry in the morning.
I would have given you a 5 of 5 but three was construction going on in the lobby and entire first floor. The room was very clean and orderly. A little off the beaten path. Several nearby food choices.
So they were doing construction which we understand. However nothingbwas said when booking. Webwork nights and sleep days but were woken up around 9 a.m every morning. So not a great trip
Paid 370.00 through expedia get there pool is shut down they wouldnot let me move to another room granddaughters birthday reason for visit they were dissapointed as normally visit and swim was not informed of closure in my itinerary states there is pool ans then remodel right next to our room and beating hamering etc late then got charged another 40.00 to my other card they asked for in case of incidentals a whole fiasco over 400.00 very dissapointing

As mentioned by the Front Desk upon check-in, the west side of the city was impacted by a tornado earlier in the day on the date of your arrival. We were quite fortunate not to receive any damage to the hotel or other nearby businesses, others were not so lucky. Unfortunately, the storms did cause widespread power outages throughout the region which affected our property as well. Our records indicate that your reservation was offered cancellation without penalty due to the circumstances, which was accepted. Absolutely horrible stay! Please do not use the photos from Hotels.com as a reference. Perhaps in a year when the renovations are complete it may look that way. The hotel is under renovation and is an absolute mess. The lobby is filthy along with the only elevator covered in cardboard boxes to line the walls. Whom ever put the photos on Hotels.com website should be released from their position. And Hotels.com should remove the photos as they are what I would call false advertisement. As a business traveler who stays in hotels more than I do my home, I promise I will not be seen at your location ever again.
We had a nice stay at the property. It is under construction and they are renovating at this time. Staff has made it as clean and quiet as possible while this is occurring. All staff that I had encounters with were very nice. Great WIFI. I would have given a perfect rating, but the elevator was broken, and we were on the third floor. Those stairs get tiresome when you have someone that is handicapped in your party. Staff could not help this though. I am sure it was an inconvenience for them as well.

We got there after 6pm and our room was not ready. Friends staying at hotel also did not have rooms ready.
No lobby area where we could sit and talk. Small breakfast area, however the breakfast selection was good.
Love the room was probably one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in, but the bed mattress was probably the hardest most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Might as well laid the sheets on concrete.
