The property was nice, overall, but there were 2 issues in our room that I was not happy. First, our toilet seat was smaller than the actual base of the toilet and second, the blackout curtains were not set up to fully close, lacking privacy and waking us up at the crack of dawn, as our room window faced east. Apparently, none of the blackout curtains in the room are meant to fully close, which is a real nuisance to anyone trying to sleep. These 2 issues did not justify the price we were charged to stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is near numerous restaurants and stores. The building is clean and functional but is showing some wear and tear.

Place needs a serious upgrade. Carpets are NASTY and stained. From the hallway to your room and in your room smells like old bar/mode. Rooms are half ass cleaned. And the beds completely OLD with no mattress protection on them NASTY talk about bed bug land

Best value in Evansville
Best value in Evansville. Yes, overall there could be some cosmetic improvements but this is a great stay for the price. Breakfast is decent. Staff is friendly. Basic room has good square footage. Will stay again.

The lady checking in wasn’t very pleasant. She seemed like she could care less if she was there or not. Carpets could be shampooed as my feet got dirty walking around the room. The smell of marijuana was strong as I walked to my room. Just wasn’t pleasant at all.

Great and affordable place to stay
Such a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were very nice, and the breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but I feel like we had a lot of options, so my whole family enjoyed it . Definitely would stay again if we ever need to .
