I loved that when we arrived there was an envelope on the office door with my name on it that had our receipt and room number enclosed. The key was in the room. Easiest motel check in ever! I liked that we had a smoking room. Those don't hardly exist anymore. The jacuzzi tub worked great even though the on button falls off. It was way better than the one in the Cliff Cottage suite I paid over $200 to stay in a couple of years ago. I actually hope they don't update this place because $74 for a romantic suite is awesome! We will definitely be back as long as the price stays low.

Just a place to stay

A basic older property, could use some maintenance and upgrade. Was able to get my room changed to a ground floor. Expect the back units would have had a nice view of the wooded area behind the motel. Bed could have been more comfortable.

People at the front desk who checked us in were very friendly and gave a great recommendation for a restaurant. We stayed in a hot tub room down below. Upstairs seems like an old-school funky Roadside Motel. However, downstairs it’s very similar to a state park lodge. we will be back!

There were cockroaches in the room! It was disgusting! We had to go next door to the Dollar General and buy blankets and roach spray. No way were we going to crawl under their covers! Unfortunately, everywhere else was sold out due to craft shows for the weekend or we would have gone somewhere else. Save your money and go anywhere else!

It was a nice room and we liked the location. The only thing was that we had to park in the front and my husband had to come and pick me up. They could use more parking in the back.

Nice people. Old & Noisy Motel

The Razorback was interesting. It’s ran by an older couple with an autistic grandson. They were really nice but this property is really showing its age in the carpet, plumbing and just in general. The bed in my room could have not of had a harder bed if was made of rocks! The hotel is situated on the highway into town, so make sure you’re prepared for that. The people are nice but it’s old and more run down than I had expected.

The staff was wonderful! The only problem I had was that the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The entry tile was very dirty; however, most of the other common areas (Like bath sink, toilet and tub) were clean.

I am sorry that you felt the entry time and carpet were dirty. I will speak with housekeeping regarding those issues. I assure you that we clean the carpets on a regular basis; we are hoping to replace carpets with wood laminate as soon as we can.

Great place all around

I travel a lot due to my job and found this lodge it was a great find. Everything was clean and nothing was broken. Plenty of clean towels. Everyone who worked there was so nice. Location was beautiful right on the side of a huge hill.

We woke up with bites on us...come to find out there were bed bugs in the room. We found them on our towels alive. Do not recommend. Yeah price is great, but then it could cost you $100s more if you take those bugs home with you.

Great Place

I have stayed at The Razorback Lodge a couple different times now and they always have clean rooms and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The price is right for the area and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Eureka Springs.

The property is well maintained though a bit tired looking in spots (decking is weathers, slight damage in room that needs repair, trash below needs to be picked up). Outside of that the rooms were clean, the view is nice and quiet on the backside, and shopping is very convient.

Room I was given was not what was described or pictured on the site. Very outdated, stains on the furniture, old green shag carpet, full size bed instead of queen. Smelled musty , found a bug in the bed .

Staff was friendly, great location and great rates. We found a single bed bug in the bathroom on our second day and then searched the bed but found none. There were 3 more in the bathroom the next day While searching for bugs we pulled out the night stand and it obviously had not been cleaned behind it for quite some time
