All together, not a bad place to stay. Definately bring blankets and sleep on top of the provided bedding. We found hairs all over our sheets and blanket. When we went to bed, we double checked the locks and it was definitely locked. When we woke up, the door was ajar. The staff was awesome. Above and beyond really.

This used to be a Best Western and I've driven by it for 30 years while attending eureka Springs but now it's under New Management and they're doing a great job keeping the property up. It was very reasonable and close to downtown.

Hi Garry! I'm sorry there was a miscommunication about the dispensary. It has been on property for two years and operates as a separate business. We try to be as transparent as possible about it on our website and Facebook page, but unfortunately there is no way to convey it on our third-party profiles. We hope you had a good stay despite this and trust you did not suffer as a result of the dispensary any further than bearing the smell in the lobby building. Have a great day!

I paid 70$ for a one bed room and was quite surprised with the quality of everything! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is a little dated, but still very nice and we overall had a very comfortable stay. The gym and hot tub were clean and had a great set-up worth using. The pool wasn’t open when we stayed, but it’s huge and beautiful. The lobby does have a dispensary, but I never smelled anything or felt uncomfortable/unsafe with the people there— contrary to some of the reviews on here.

This was a great property for our large group during an event. We loved the close proximity to Legends Bar and also the trolley stop out front! It was clean and semi-comfortable to comfortable beds (mine was ok, my partners was comfortable, double queen room). Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location but Wifi issues on the West side if you plan to stay here. Wifi internet would not connect to multiple devices upon check-in and I notified Alex at the front desk immediately. She notified me that she would restart the router. We left, returned 4 hours later, and experienced the same issue with not being able to connect to Wifi, it would hang at 'assigning IP address's. I called the front desk again and Alex restarted the router again and conveyed that there is an issue with the router where it may only allow a certain now of users to connect. Even after restarting, we could still not connect. Alex was able to move us to the East building and said there should be no Wi-Fi issues on the East side. She was correct and we had no issues after this. Alex was terrific and very helpful.

Great location just up the hill from main street. Room is clean, tidy, well appointed. Bed is comfortable. Eureka Springs is not a big chain town, we love that; But with hotel space you might not know what you are getting at times. I'll stay here again.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Nice fresh fruit but almost no protein (eggs? bacon or sausage). Very little for party member who is gluten free. A bug was found in one of the rooms. Linens are “ tired”. Could use an update. Could not change rating to good after accidentally rating it excellent.
